Just thought I would like to add a few things regarding HD Remix:
If any graphics glitch happens, that match will be reset. I am not sure if these happen offline but the most frequent messes up the lifebars and shows each player having 3 wins.
Only way to fix this if it happens is to reset the game.
If it does happen in a tourny match, tell me or Tony and then reset the game and play that match over.
Im sure it is not goign to be a problem though.
James, I noticed sometimes when I play online theres a graphic glitch involving blankas electricity. Sometimes after you shock someone, it shows a little electric static shit around their sprite for the duration of the match. However, its pretty minor and doesnt effect vision of the characters hitbox or gameplay in anyway. If I graphic glitch like this were to happen I think it would be ok to let them continue the match. The lifebar thing is bad though and should warrent a reset I think. What do you think?
If the blanka thing happens, which I have yet to see myself, if it is not truly as bad as you say then the match will continue.

The blanka thing just leaves sparks on the opponent. No different then flying sentinel dhc glitch(dhc while flying u come back blue).
HDR ON XBOX OMG good shit. Didnt think anyone would have the balls to go against the playstation, i salute and will be there if im on the bricks then 
The Blanka glitch doesnt do anything but make the guy playing against blanka look REALLY cool. They look all Super Saiyajin. Resetting the match? If it happens when I have one win and they’re at one pixel, I’m not going ,to appreciate it when we have to play again. As of now, there are no in game glitches that make the game unplayable. Check the Threads on this, but I’ve been in there and there’s nothing.

Whenever ive seen the lifebar glitch happen, it basically works like this. After a round is over, sometimes when the next round starts, it keeps the llife bars at where they were when the previous round ended (losers lifebar is all red, winners is where it was before). Ive never seen it happen in the middle of a match. If it is actually the case where it only happens at the start of a round, then I dont see why it would effect anyone at all to just not play that next round. Instead, just show the tournament organizers, start a new match, set it up so the rounds were where they should have been when you left off, and just play again from there. Aside from wasting about a minute of time, it shouldnt actually mess with anyone in the middle of a round during gameplay.
Aside from this and the Blanka glitch, I dont know of any others, but I only played the game a handfull of times so far.
These glitches, are they PS3 only? Online only? Cuz I have no idea what you guys are talking about.

3s rules will be standard: double elimination, 2/3, 3/5 semis, 4/7 finals. In finals, loser must beat winner two sets of 4/7. Winner picks the same character but can always change super art, loser can choose anyone. No gill, no system direction.
Alright looks like I’m getting a hotel and will be in Thursday evening so we can have a whole day before the tourney to chill and hang out. Sign me up for HDR don’t think I said it yet (still not sure if I want to do 3S or not).
I have only had the lifebar glitch happen online.
Played about 100 or so offline with a friend and the only glitch I have seen happen was the sound glitch which doesnt effect anything at all.

If the life bar glitch happens, the match or round will be replayed up to where it happened. So if it happens on the 3rd round, only the 3rd round will be replayed. Blanka’s electricity glitch does not cause any game altering problems so if it happens the game will continue.
Humbag, why do you say “Akuma is allowed…for now”? Is there something I’m missing? Cuz I was playing with Xombie last night, and unless he’s scrubby as shit, I don’t see too much of a problem (whether it’s because I went 20-15 with Cammy, that’s another story 
)

Akuma dominated at NEC this last weekend. Granted beside Justin, DSP, and the winner Damdai, there wasnt too many heavy heavy hitters for Remix. Damdai lost like 2 matches all day with Akuma and beat Justin 4-1 in grand finals.
Akuma is pretty nasty but for now he is allowed.
My opinion on him so far is he can stay, haven’t found anything that isn’t game breaking and compaired other “top tier” characters in other games he’s somewhat tame.
I dunno. I’ve been finding that even in the hands of someone I have like 15 wins on they pick Akuma and get a random win. Not that it’s difficult to play against him, but… I dunno. Just don’t like the idea of someone no where near as good as me beating me with nonsense.

Precisely. We need a LOT more time to figure it out. And I’d blame your losing to Akuma (assuming the opponent is less skilled) on the lack of practice against him. I’ll admit I know him the least of all characters and lose to him the most because I hardly know the match up. Hit him with one good combo and it’s nearly over for him.
