To decide what to go into, decide what you want the most: Damage: Rhino Horn > Scratch Wheel, or if it works M/H Spin Scythe > Scratch Wheel. Stun: EX Mallet Smash, or if it works M/H Spin Scythe > EX Scratch Wheel. Rhino Horn is bad for stun. Both: H Lynx Tail FADC HP/HK. Knockdown: H Lynx Tail. Adjust the distance with the number of cr.LPs before it. Reset:
Crumple late cr.LK > Dash under > st.HK / cr.LK
cr.LP >> delay/walkup cr.LK
cr.LP(x1-2) >> H Lynx Tail FADC (don’t cancel cr.LP)
cr.LP(x1-2) >> cr.MK xx EX Mallet Smash

It always works as long as you dash forward. H Rhino Horn > EX Scratch Wheel doesn’t fully connect against most of the cast midscreen though, so stick to M Rhino Horn if you want to burn meter.
If you focus dash backwards though, it’s character specific. It’s also specific to the level of the focus, whether the opponent was standing or crouching, whether or not its a counterhit, etc. so in this situation, use L if you’re not sure.
Also I forgot to mention that H Rhino Horn > Ultra 1 works on a lot of characters. Probably because I nearly always pick Ultra 2.
Midscreen LK Spin Scythe > U1 no longer works on Zangief and T. Hawk, and it just barely works on Balrog. It looks like they slightly increased the distance a character is knocked back at the end of Spin Scythe.
So…no activity here for a good while. Guess I’ll contribute something. I tested out a couple of things regarding the 1.04 Lynx Tail reeling animation. On some characters, like Sprint mentioned, you can get b. HK to hit meaty after HK Lynx Tail FADC vs. crouching characters. Since b. HK does 10 more damage than normal st. RH, I figured it would be worth it to test this on everyone. Note that there are different timings based on the character.
(no delay) = Combo works by doing the b. RH directly after dashing forward.
(delay) = Combo works by significantly delaying the b. RH (it’s a longer pause than you might think).
(any) = Combo works using any timing.

Trying to learn Elena for the last couple weeks. I often miss the combo of EX Mallet follow up by cr.lp.; hk and f.mp follow up by cr.lp. I double-tap lp but do you guys have other tips to improve my execution? And I don’t want to mod my stick.
Dead thread, but I found something interesting: MK Rhino Horn works on Cammy when she’s hit while crouching, but not while standing. It seems Rhino Horn knocks characters just a little bit farther up when they’re hit while crouching. It’s pretty useless information since you’re likely not going to hit a crouching opponent with Rhino Horn, but it just seems weird to me that it works like that.
EDIT: This also seems to work on other characters, too, I’m just not really up to doing much testing. However, I did find that when hit while crouching, you can do HK Rhino Horn into U1 on everyone except for Guy and Sagat. Also, a minor correction to Sprint’s list: you can do HK Rhino Horn into U1 on Makoto even when she’s standing.

The most exciting thing I found, though: you can do LK Rhino Horn into U1 on Yun and Yang while they’re crouching. Since you can cancel into LK Rhino Horn fairly easily, you could even pull this one off in a match without too much trouble.
