If you can actually play any of the good games they have/had (MVC2, SC2, KI, random shooters, etc.), then yes. There’s always comp on Friday and Saturday. Disregarding the lame DDR bastards, Tilt is actually pretty decent.

Eh, I was mostly referring to some teenagers, a couple of years younger than me, that go to Tilt every Friday. They’re so damn weird.

Yeah, those guys are irritating. I actually enjoy playing DDR, but playing at Tilt with a machine that is kinda flakey and the weird-assed kids all clapping to the music and making out with each other is pretty damned lame. It also doesn’t help that it’s 80000 degrees in there. The temp’s not Tilt’s fault, but it still kind of makes the whole experience suboptimal.
I just wish that our Tilt would trade in some of its multiple copies of crappy games (X-men Vs The World, SvC… why the fuck do we have 2 of those?) for something cool/different. Maybe some more Bemani, CvS 2 or a non VS Capcom fighter cough 3S cough Last year, they got that Neo Cab with KOF which was kinda neat… At least it was something different to play with. Unfortunately, one of the sides was baited pretty soon after they got it.
Ya know what was a great arcade? Gameland in Las Vegas. Lots of the better Bemani games, a variety of GOOD fighters, even some strange stuff like a Puzzle Fighter Cab, Initial D and Radiant Silvergun. It’s too bad they went out of business. Heh. Maybe my idea of a good arcade just doesn’t bring the chedda in. 
That’s Las Vegas. This is Las Cruces, which is in New Mexico, therefore we’re “poor”. We’re not getting shit because no one’s gonna be vocal about it and I frankly don’t care. MVC2 and SC2 are enough reason for me to go.
OK, are LC players the best MVC2 players in the state? I’m just wondering because it’d be nice to be top 5 or even top 10 in something.
Lastly, I’m down for putting the LC Tilt as an APEX arcade. I mentioned this along time ago, but I still think it’s a good idea. Gives you bragging rights and shit and will just make us better players IMO. So, who’s up for it? :evil:
