Gayest game ever. It’s mildly entertaining until they start recycling games with different graphics…
like rubbing the fish outta some guys stomach, then rubbing the people outta some ant lion trap.
They’re all pretty much the same game.

- blow/shout into that stupid mic (least favorite game)
the Space Channel 5 - like mini game was a little fun.
I dunno, I think the DS is over rated.
It’ll be good for Nintendo fanboys but I’m not all that excited about it (and I have one). As of yet the only game that really tries to take advantage of the stylys as a legitimate gameplay device is feel the magic. the rest of the games out for it just hacked the games to work with the stylus (metroid, mario)
when they get over it as a gimmick and start incorporating it into the design of these games then their are some interesting possibilities especcialy for RPGs and RTSs but until then its just kind of a gimmick.
I found Feel the Magic very amusing. Sure, I agree that they should’ve incorporated more “stylus action” into the game but, I think there’s only a limited amount of things you *can *do with a stylus and I think the game incorporated it very well. And, in my opinion, I think it’s a great way to pass time. The difficulty levels only go from easy to mildly hard (with exeption to the final boss battle… T.T) but, when you get all the “memories” and try beating them over, they get a bit more difficult. And the more demanding, the better, ni?
As for the storyline, I thought it was pretty cool. The concept is very simple (and clichd) but it’s played out in a different and random sort of way that makes the players root for the faceless good guy and his team. The outfit selection is pretty fun too >.>;
I agree with you, though. The only thing you can do with the stylus in Metroid (the demo, anyway) is pretty much jump by double tapping, switching forms, and switching weapons. Multiplayer is pretty fun, though. I can’t wait for more games taking advantage of the touch screen/mic. I see the potential in the DS and don’t want it to flop!
All in all, Feel the Magic keeps you entertained. And isn’t that the purpose of gaming? :tup:

I don’t know about all this magic crap and viewtiful junk but I have to admit I have bought in to this wave of holiday new game arrivals. All though SF will always rule you guys might want to bring some xbox pads cuz I got Halo 2!! Laters.

Whether you like Feel the Magic or not (I think it’s kinda cute), you’ve gotta admit it isn’t exactly hetero. I think IGN said it best “The game will make you question your sexuality… and rightfully so.” The little love storyline, random rainbows, tons of rubbing games, girly voices and shit… it’s pretty homo in the 1980’s sense of the word. Unless Master Chief starts sporting a pink bow or some shit (that would be hawt), there’s no way Halo 2 ranks on the fag-o-meter as much as feel the magic. LOL I ranks up there with Para Para Paradise and Space Channel 5 (Both of which, I enjoy). 
yeah, but after beating it I felt like the guy in the shower in The Crying Game. heh.
After playing some metroid last night I was kinda impressed by the graphics… wonder how good the PSP is gonna look.

People think sports games are boring? Besides Madden, sports games happen
to be really competitive. Madden’s for fanboys and isn’t that great IMO. However, tourneys for sports games without a huge prize = lame.

I think sports games are boring. I dont know about the rest. Madden, blitz, you know anything with NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, or anything of the sort on the front cover for me = happy boring times. Yes there is competition, doesnt make it any less boring. SvC has competition at UTEP, does that make it any less of a shitty game?
