not sure if anyone figured this out yet but, u can do cr.lp x2, far s.lp xx run. some characters u can land cr. lp x2, far s. lp while they are crouching while others u cannot. some characters(the bigger ones) when they are crouching u can pressure them with a cr. mk after the far s.lp but not sure if u can link it. i think u can but its probably a 1 framer tho

It doesn’t matter though, you had an entire convention center chanting for you, cheering on your success, and booing when you were punished…I think you garnered more hype than any other player, even considering grand finals.
I think I managed well considering that was the 2nd Yun i’ve played. Yipes winning was unfortunate since I sent him to losers but a win is a win and he deserved it. I’ll be ready for AE once I get more time in with it and relearn the run stop raping I was doing in super.

Gordita Sobat beat Devil’s reverse.
It’s hard to RSF Bison because you rarely get the opportunity (or least in my experience playing Big Marcus’s Bison). The only times you can land it easily is off a focus attack or predict a wakeup teleport and punish with RSF. Else D. Fox played the Bison matchup very well, especially when he stayed grounded with RS pressure. I found that cr.LP works really well in AE vs Bison…beats out his Psycho Crusher on reaction.

i think ex guac only loses if u do it first i think ex stomp and ex guac have about the same iframes, its pretty much who does it first loses from my experience.
I think the Ryu was my first pools match and I wanted to go with a bang so I went bananas. I won’t be able to go to Evo. My apartment lease is up in a few days and all my vacation time/money is going into that :(.

Reporting in:
crLPx1-4 to overhead is now my main thing for damage outside of RSF opportunities.
Focus, throws, dp etc beats the overhead of course… but that’s where you can keep them guess.
its high risk but there are several rewards if you ask me:
landing the overhead leads to either more crLPs or clLP in to crMK and its time to RSP. I have had some chances with Far HK and if they are down backing off of 2-3 lps you can land crMK as usual on an overhead HK
you can also not do the overhead and bait, or even walk up throw… its really good

I thought of the crLP as just an offensive tool but as it’s been mentioned, it creates space. I think when we’re at that distance, holding down back, it invites people to jump in on me. Gonna see how it works with my crHK-ing on reaction to see if it aids me in getting away and killing more clock etc.
one NEGATIVE note for the crLP. after bison’s scissors,you’re out of range, don’t recklessly throw out crLP Bison can punish that whiffed jab with a crLK (or is it mk)
EDIT: Wake up ultra 2 by Yang gets owned by Q-bomb. Yang best not use Ultra 2 against Fuerte naked. Q-bomb beats it CLEAN

Sorry guys, i got blown up by lincoln, i barely have any ibuki exp and i wasent adapting as i planned too, first time in front of a huge crowd and stream (non canadian). Min blew me up clean and i am in no way salty about that match, i just wish i could have the ibuki match back.
No matter how it happened or who was in attendance, an Elf still got 5th place in a US EVO Series Major, so keep on repping the dude we love to hate and play your game. It surprises me still after 3 years almost how little people know about the elf match.
