I think input for Qbomb is fine as it is, just make startup faster and EX charge shorter and we have ourselves a very viable move

I don’t think bison is 7-3. 6-4 yes. The fact that you can ex run through scissors for rsf is enough.

Also. I’d laugh if a buff we get is something stupid like gordita sobat.

Q bomb as charge is fine. But in addition to making level 1 not be unsafe on hit it needs one of the following:

keep charge time as is. Startup gets some invincibility (tap/bingo)
lower charge time. Decrease damage slightly (keep stun >_>)
Keep charge time as is. Reduce startup and recovery drastically

I don’t know what can be done about gordita sobat. I’d say let it combo to something but to what besides super.

me and my friend switched mains for a ft10, i was chun and he was fuerte.

it was quite awkward, i was forgetting to abuse backdash. and whenever he managed to get a crumple, he’d attempt to rsf and mess up the 2nd hit to do a fajita, but i’ll get grabbed by it thinking that he’d connect the 2nd hit so i hold block >.>

all in all it was a very annoying experience

Ah ok, yeah damage was a bit ridiculous. There are even times I don’t deserve a victory but got it cause of it. Plus bad fuertes always just spam it.

I read up on the changes of the game so far and although there’s a damage nerf for fuerte everyone else’s changes are incredible and add a lot of balance to the game meaning fuerte will be even better off than before. We can finially play agianst a blanka and ryu’s don’t have a get out of jail card with that kick in the air crap. honda’s damage is reduced, yes!!! Meaning a combo wont match the twenty hits I dished out on him. Only things that pissed me off were thawk’s ultra damage not being reduced and sagat’s uppercut getting a buff in damage. that’s fucked.

Nah, Seth is on par with Sakura or Dan at this point.

I am glad Blanka got less recovery on his BB though, stuff is ridiculous.

id take a nerf then a speed reduction. my guess its only gonna be 50 damage reduced.

I’m kinda happy that Seth is getting a change on his j.HP. I usually hate fighting Seths spamming that.

It’s never been a bother for me. but it WILL make it easier to get in on him and bait teleports and uppercuts.

i seriously struggle with the honda matchup. anyone got tips on how to beat this rival chef?

If Quesadilla Bomb is buffed, Fuerte will become too strong of a character. My signature move is to charge 3 Bombs, and as I release one, hold it back down again as I release the others, and so on. I release 6 in a row at times. This alone can take 50% of their bar as they try to react to it. The counter damage and stun is too much! When they realise that they can punish it on block with pretty much any ultra… thats when the weakness becomes obvious.

Quesadilla bomb is perfect the way it is, it’s purpose is to punish those who like to spam moves against tostada/fajita. Because it looks so similar to the Habanero dash, its easy to catch people out, and once you land it, you make them think twice before they attack you whilst you’re running… allowing you to freely attack and put them into the guessing game.

They should never make it a command move, that would be absurd! Perhaps reduce the recovery slightly.

In regards to the tostada nerf etc. I had a thought…

What if they removed the start up invincibility, but reduced the recovery on a blocked tostada?

Standing far HK for footsies, anti air, counter to headbutt. Dont get too predictable with it as it can be punished with EX headbutt if it whiffs.

Run, stop, nothing… watch what he does… does he jump.HP, does he like to spam specials etc. Punish accordingly.

Neutral jump and HP to beat headbutts.

Neutral jump and HK to beat sumo splash.

Practice finding the right distance to punish both of these.

Delay your safe tortilla if they have U1 to avoid it.

Make them waste their EX bar by running, stopping and neutral jumping on their wake up.

Bait the buttslam by runnning backwards and focusing it as it lands on their wake up. (dont absorb as itll armour break on reversal).

Biggest piece of advice… hit and run. Run the clock down. Honda cant chase you.

Be careful not to run too much, try regular movements and dont let honda hit you with random headbutts as they take a lot of damage off Fuerte.

I heard Sakura can now dash in c.MK xx Shoken against Blanka after his nerf. I wonder if Fuerte will be able to do dash in RSF. OK maybe that’s pushing it

Interested to see how his HK has actually been buffed. It’s got a better hitbox but the hitbox seems fine to me as it is. Maybe both hits connect on someone standing and if that’s the case it’ll be truly a godlike move

Thatd be nice if both kicks hit everyone instead of a few, uhh i dunno if sakura can do dash in punish maybe we can at least get a few hits of rsf before getting pushed too back

If sakura can dash in and get a mk off… I bet you could run in and stop fierce. If that is the case, they are prolly not gonna leave it like that… b/c blanka would just get owned… I would feel sorry for his face after the slapping fuerte would unleash for blocking a blanka ball…

So for fuerte only the u2 has been nerfed and no other changes?
