I think it’s because of a change in management and because we abandoned it before. Not totally sure, Raiden might know more.
Been thinking about venues, ideally we need a place with table space, open late, serves drinks and some food. So a bar pretty much. Do we have anyone underage or anyone who would have issues with that? I’m sure a lonely pub would be cool with extra bodies in the building on a slow night. If bars/pubs are an option I might have a couple ideas.

So lets say we get 6 consoles at the member rate of 3.50 an hour. lets say we use those console from 7 to 12. That’s 105 bucks. In order for overklocked to make that money off of charging people 5 bucks each they only need 20 people to show up in a night.
Ok so I have an idea (this could be dangerous). I’ll setup a signup sheet for Games on Wednesday at Overklocked. If enough people sign up then I’ll charge people 5 bucks instead of Overklocked charging you 10 bucks. It’ll have to be 20 people before I break even with 6 consoles so if the numbers are low It’ll have to be less consoles. If only 10 people sign up then only get 3 consoles. Roughly 3 people per console.
Overklocked more or less gave free reign to the consoles but there is such a thing as too many consoles especially when it comes to fighting games. The idea of I got next is lost when you can just play whoever is doing nothing in training mode.
We only every had two minors come out to BPs and that was Cam for like a month when she was still 17 and Kosal but he’s like peter pan he’ll never grow up.

This is Sad… I am on board with trash talk and all the glory that is competition … but in a mass media setting you need to have a little restraint. If that was local and some tard started that crap with any of “us” i would be more than happy to be barred from such future events for breaking one or 2 of his fingers so he couldnt play any more… maybe a jaw to shut that trap up… just makes us as gamers look bad … the kiddies on XBL are bad enough we dont need goofballs like this trolling us…
