Mel… in regaurds to the music ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I like the music, liked the anime too. I’ll prolly use music like that in other videos if I think they fit, if not then I’ll try to go with a bboy beat, I was going to use one by “DJ Poblo” I was going to use this one

but I wasn’t sure if I could get the combos to transition well for the video. Something for me to work on in the future I guess. I hope that other than the music you enjoyed the video.
So in trying to make more money of off WNF, Overklocked has effectively dissuaded so many people from coming that they are now making less money off of WNF then they ever have been.
If you would like to make hosting MVC3 at your place a regular thing, I would like to make a donation that I feel would greatly enhance everyone’s gaming experience:
If B is hosting for mvc3 then I guess I could offer to bring a setup.
Tim sent a txt this morning basically saying that 8 people showed up at fight night last night, and that after next wednesday they will be shutting down WNF at OKG
=/ I know I can’t afford $10 every week, I hope it comes back again…
I dont mind hosting, but im quitting the game for marvel for a while. I reached a brick wall… Theres only one person in the city left for me to play
and that person won’t give me the time of day. Im gonna buy a copy of SF4 now… oops i mean “burn” a copy of SF4
Tim is terminating WNF? That’s a dick thing to do after raising prices. Yes, almost nobody showed up and maybe we didn’t make them as much money consistently as we thought, but isn’t some revenue on unused equipment better than nothing? Guess they can’t afford a phone afterall.
I guess SF is finally dead, save endless lobbies and private meetups. I hoped to try sfxt at overclocked as I thought that might have been a resurgence but that’s not an option anymore. I wonder about bp’s but I dread the days of dragging a setup around again.
There is still the comic book and games club at Gmac they have a decent sized room and we could play there, its mondays thought and only 4-8 so eh.
Also i don’t mind hosting, if in the end we don’t get any meet ups going then I will just starting hosting shit online, no matter what happens things arent going to magically go away. No one wants to pay 10 bucks, i think that should be enough to say that yes we have an active scene but no we are not going to pay 10 bucks to play, maybe they can see if us paying 5 is better than getting no money at all.
Ps this ok shit is disgusting. If u mothafuckas wanna have a scene u need to do something about it. Need to bring a setup? Boo fucking hoo, if y’all niggas too broke to go to ok then u should be stoked u have to free venue when all u gotta do is being a setup. U think tubbydog - a hotdog restaurant - has a plethora of setups? Fuck no, it’s cuz of ppl like me and others who have been dragging a monitor and Xbox downtown every Wednesday for 3 straight years
You guys lost bps because the only guy who really gave a shit about ur ungrateful community couldn’t support all of u on his shoulders
Obvs I’m not talking about everyone but some of the shit I see posted here makes me sick. It’s called a community because there’s lots of people who work together. It’s like when u guys don’t have someone doing all the work for you u all just quit. If you’d rather not have a scene than put some effort in, u don’t deserve one. That’s why you guys are free in sf except for the Steves and b. give your heads a shake and step up
Not even close. We “lost” bps by running it fine after Steve couldn’t make the commitment by others stepping up and bringing setups, but when OK came around we hoped to go there to expand to a new venue that’s larger and save the trouble of setups and have an hq of our own. When OK announced the prices were going up people started showing up less as $30 bucks a month was better put down on half a new game or whatever.
We had a healthy scene when it was just one game to play. If you wanted the competition here’s SF take it or leave it. It wasn’t everyone’s cup of yea, so when Marvel hit it cut competition in half. When other games come down the pipe some split off and play and some don’t, and a scene of 35 went to 25, 15, 7, 0 in some cases. Edmonton has a very segmented scene and competition is stagnant. If there was one fun, interesting game to unite the scene to level up together we’d be a match against arguably the hungriest scene in Canada, but we are not and unless SfxT is incredible we won’t be, until maybe street fighter v… Also maybe.
who cares. its OKGs lost more than it is ours. How can they expect us CONSOLE users to pay as much as someone using the COMPUTERS?
You cant you compare an XBOX to a computer especially when theres 5 ppl sharing 1 XBOX. If i pay 10 dollars to use a computer for the whole day
thats a pretty good deal considering I can play pretty much any game I want at any time and go on FB, forums… etc etc. One thing those whining computer guys can do that we can’t is. Get off their computers and come play on the consoles with us… This does not work the other way around. Just because an apartment isnt making enough income doesnt mean you should raise the rent of a bachelor suite to the price of a 2 bedroom.
