Count me in for this tourney. I’ve learned my lesson from the last time we held a tourney (Western Canadian Championships which was sponsored by Red Octane BTW). I felt intimidated by everybody else at the time but not this time. I’m entering this tourney for sure. At least I’ll gain some good practice and experience.

Actually I’m 17 right now and I’ll be turning 18 in June. And yeah, I can already do both of them. Corner unblockable thanks to watching Tokido do it on Justin Wong’s Chun-Li at EVO2K2 and some tips from Mark. Thanks to Charge Partitioning, I can also do 100% combos on console versions. Stun bar has to be turned on though.

Yes. That is the Mark you know. Oh and I forgot to add his brother Alvin (CvS2) to the list. I’ve beat him at 3s ONCE before but he was using Sean so it doesn’t count. Unfortunately, these are causal play but I’m still proud of them. Yeah he teaches me Urien but you mught already know this but he plays Ryu now. It’s Lee who teaches me Urien now :tup:. Reason why I didn’t beat anyone in tourney play is because I was too scared to play everyone else at that time (Western Canadian Championships). But yeah, not this time. Hey Shin (fuck minibok, I’m calling you shin), Alvin’s in town. I’m planning on meeting up with him next week on a console and getting my ass kicked, but I don’t think he wants to beat down Oro for hours straight. At least with you we can mix it up with Oro and Urien. Do you have a PS2 stick?

I plan on getting the Tekken 5 bundle (Hori Stick + Tekken 5) for $120 EBGames after Christmas (since I get Christmas money :tup:) or whenever that government check comes. How’s your Oro doing…?
I gotta use L1 macro for throwing for 3s though since the 4 main buttons ( [ ] X O /\ ) I don’t use LP or LK. And I play arcade style so I don’t even touch R1/R2.
I use a controller myself. Mahir keeps his stick at my house but you’d have to ask him if it’s okay to use it. My Oro’s okay, but I don’t play very often. And when I do, the only person I play against is Mahir.
Weird setup. I use the default config, except I move Fierce to L2 to make it more like a SNES controller.
