Avengers game finally is shown and…well its alright!!
But I’m going to need see something more to put above MUA3, because Nintendo currently has the better Avengers/Marvel game!!

I would like to see more of Square’s Avengers before making that call. Though Ultimate Alliance has Hawkeye so it has an edge.

I really want to get that Soldier 1st class version but i honestly never played thru FF7. I will play this for sure thou for the fun times.
I kinda feel like the nay sayers on Avengers are jumping the gun on the game. Still has a ton of potential and although the first official showing of the game is underwhelming we’re actually going to get more gameplay of this game through out the week. I’m reserving judgement until people get the game in their hands and I can see more of it.

Might actually buy the TMNT one if we get it at work. We have a few of them set up In our electronics sections at work. They’re fairly small in height and very thin for an arcade cab. I could easily and comfortably fit one or two in my room with no issue.

I don’t even remember watching the movie in English though.
I am. They voiced them in a number of project from Advent Children to Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus. I was mainly attached to Cloud and Tifa’s VA’s

The fact they said just chapter 1 is going to be 2 Blu-ray Discs worth of content and the first disc is just going to be midgar is very exciting to me. Midgar was definitely the prologue for the game, imo. The game doesn’t really start til you get to Kalm, honestly.
That said: Midgar was super cool in vibe, tone and aesthetics. It was very Wild West but cyberpunk. Very cool. I’m glad they’re going to expand on it’s history and likely it’s key elements in Midgar like Shinra, the history of Avalanche (though we learn a lot about Avalanche at Cosmo Canyon I still want to see it elaborated on more), how the slums came to be, how the upper plates live their daily lives, etc.
There’s A LOT of potential and lore just waiting to be expanded. They just better keep in cross dressing cloud and all the shit that happens at the Honey Bee.
Doesn’t have the remake version’s thigh highs though.
Man, that FFVII trailer looks dope. But why did they give Lightning that giant sword?
