Man I don’t remember FF8. Models looking even remotely that good.
Moving on to the next game. Game is talking about reincarnation. I’m not sure what this game is right now. Actually…I feel they’ve showing this game before but I can’t remember what it was called. It’s an 3rd person action RPG. Oh yeah Oninaki. Coming Aug 22 to PS4, Switch and PC.
Alright and there’s the Final Fantasy VIII remaster that was leaked. Yeah this explains why Square has been kind of ignoring the game. I mean it looks like they KINDA updated it. still very blocky and what not. Doesn’t look like they put as much work as they did to FFX. Coming 2020 for Xbone, Switch, PS4 and PC
ALRIGHT finally Avengers. I’m sure this is probably the last game of the conference. This game looks preeeeetttttyyyyy. Showing Iron Man, Thor, Cap, Hulk Widow. Various gameplay between the different characters. Hulk doing what he does best. They’re trying to protect a bridge but it’s fucked. Showing gameplay with Cap and Scarlet Witch. Looks like the Shield ship got blown up and apparently a lot of people died. Cap died apparently? That’s…interesting. So as far as we can tell you’re playing as Hulk, Thor, Iron Man and Widow. So the game is going to be Singleplayer and Co-op. I’m going to assume that Cap is not dead. K they guy some guys coming out to talk more about the game.
Ok now we’re going to see who the voice actors are. Laura Baily, Travis Willinghelm, Troy Baker, Nolan North aaand I didn’t quite catch the other guy. Either way this is a really solid cast of people with just those 4.
Ok moving to see more of the game now. Showing more of what happened 5 years after the incident. uh…well…not so much more I guess just more of the conversation between Bruce and Tony. There’s going to be more content released afterwards. More heroes are going to get added and apparently things are going to get escalated. Every super hero and each region that get added is going to be free. No Lootboxes or Pay to win. Gameplay demo will be on the show floor so we’ll see more later. Game will be released on PS4, Xbone, Stadia and PC. PS4 will get early beta access and more benefits that they’ll show more of later.

@Eskills Glad I wasnt the only one thinking that. I also think it’s incredibly lame that it’s going to heavily rely on online co-op content. Shit’s dumb and annoying.

I’m going to assume that Cap isn’t really dead and we’ll find out what really happened later. That’d be lame as hell if they were like ok you get Cap aaaaand he’s dead for good lmao.
Glad that they’re going to have other characters than those 5 in the future though. Have a feeling that this is prob going to start some shit between people who can play Avengers and people who can play Ultimate Alliance.
I’m probably going to be watching that FFVIIR footage a million times.

Depending on the price point Oninaki will be day one for me. It looks really, really promising. If it’s a $50 or $60 digital release though I’ll wait for the inevitable sale like I did with I am Setsuna and Lost Sphere. No digital title is worth over $25 to me.
Also. PLZ believe I preordered the Soldier 1st Class edition of FF7R. Squee’s shop doesn’t charge until a week or two before release date. Also with special editions they email you about a month out and go “Hey. We’re going to take all your money on this date. SO if you need to cancel, change payment options or shipping address/speed; let us know before x date”
FF8 Remaster got me hype too. Junction System made that game so tasty. Also disc one is probably one of the strongest discs/chapters/arcs in any FF game, imo. Like its fucking good.
