Seeing footage of REmake 2 really takes me back. The recreation of the police station is fucking great. From the available footage it’s almost on exact the same as the original.
yyyyyup…
Yeah I wondered how they could have E3 on what is essentially a kids channel but it made sense as they were playing Gears or some sort of game the screen would blur while commentary kept going. I imagine The Last of Us 2 trailer had everything but the dance and kiss censored.
In fairness, the kiss was still seen, it was just edited sloppily so parts of it were also cut off.
That looks amazing! Is that a mod of Max Payne 2 or the original?
Thats the issue with the country, when a gay kiss is more offensive than straight up gore.
This is the original
Anything sexual is seen to be worse than gore. They had a conniption fit over Janet Jackson’s nipple at the Super Bowl and you could only see it if you slowed down the footage. It’s just a nipple. WTF
Better late than never I suppose

Next e3 dates are locked
FF7 remake has moved past early concept stage
That was early concept?
More ps4 exclusives in development
After today I’ll be shifting back to posting in VGG, just as a heads up.
Ace Combat 7 on PSVR may be one of the greatest video gaming experiences of all time, as long as I don’t get motion sick.
Don’t play on a full stomach then.
I’m guessing you’ve never tried VR if you think playing on an empty stomach makes any difference in whether a game would make one feel motion sick.
Most people haven’t. I’ve given up trying to explain VR to people, they just have to experience it with a halfway decent game for themselves
Not eating makes for less mess.
So what do you guys think of this E3 as a whole?
I feel this year was better than 2017 and 2016, although the announcements that happened were a bit dry since we basically knew or anticipated most of them
Square complettely changed their presser format, Bethesda’s show was much better, Microsoft easily had their best showing in the last decade or so, Sony was doing fuckall for reasons unknown, the PC Gaming Show keeps improving… and then there are EA and Ubisoft
If most of the announcements didn’t leak ahead of time, I would have been more impressed.
