Octopath immediatley made me think of a 3DO game called Guardian War. It just reminds me of old 32bit RPGs.
As a heads up guys, I wasn’t able to get Thurs off since I ran out of paid time off. Tomorrow is going to be the last day for E3 but I’m not going to be able to follow streams and if anything is going on. Not expecting any crazy announcements since in general nobody announces anything on the last day. Hope you guys have enjoyed E3 as much as I have this year. Really a great year imo,
That’s cool. Using PTO to follow streams and post them on forums can wait for another day. Save up on that PTO.
Lol I’m already out of PTO until July so I don’t have a choice in the matter.
I had Fallout 76 preordered prior to E3, Come to my email today and I found this
Thank you Based Bethesda and Amazon
Now I am just waiting for them to start the Beta.
Nintendo hasn’t officially put up the gameplay yet for Daemon x Machina but looks like someone else put it up
Also here’s the footage of Mario Tennis Aces where they put Nairo vs Zero
It would be pretty stupid just to throw away an entire codebase and start from scratch, especially if said codebase had yet to actually be usef in a published game. My guess is, when DD was put to pasture, whatever engine work was done was forked off into the RE Engine.
That said, I do find it interesting that they’re using three engines now - RE, UE4, and an updated MT Framework. In particular, maintaining 2 in house engines seems more trouble than it’s worth in the long run. Though I guess Tsujimoto gets gis way with what he wants to use due to nepotism. That said, I worry for when MonHun finally has to move to RE.
Sonichuman,
Thanks for your tireless and comprehensive E3 coverage as always!.
Get some rest.

Response from Rocksteady on not being at e3
Rocksteady: “We weren’t there because Insomniac stole our Batman idea… that we stole from Spider-Man in the first place.”
Reminds me of an old Max Payne mod
Also Sony responds to Fortnite gate
Corporate speak.
We are always trying to help our customers (insert humble brag) and have no problem with cross platform gaming with PC or Mobile devices. That is all we are going to say begone peasants and filthy mongrels that wish to game on multiple devices or leave our platform for another with your progress.
Can’t say much about it, this gen maybe they will play nice next one.
Last of Us has sold 17 million copies
Nomura says to expect some shocking scenes in KH III
I don’t know why the title says this is going to be the end of Sora’s story since Nomura doesn’t really say that…
Super Mario Party will offer an online mode
It’s not quite how you think though…it’s kinda limited.
