I was expecting the PC Show to be super boring this year but it was actually one of the better shows this year. Pretty big surprise for me. Barely any of the rumors for Nintendo panned out this year…must mean Nintendo has gotten a bit better on keeping their games under wraps. Sony having a shitty format this year and Microsoft having a really solid conference to the point that I thought they were the best this year was most certainly not expected. I got plenty of stuff to look forward too and even more great games that I wish I could play and have time for. Really good E3.
Sekiro is probably the best looking new ip that was announced. Maybe with fromsoft and Activision teaming up means something for tenchu in the near future… hopefully
From doesn’t need Activision to do anything with Tenchu unless they want to do something with the first three games
Right, so I’m hoping some sort of hd collection or whatever, gets released with all the games up too and including fatal shadows.
Need these games on a current platform lol
I think it was weak as shit as a whole and there’s pretty much nothing I am looking forward to this year based off of E3.
MS was the typical Gears, Halo, Forza shit. I am intrigued by Ori and Sekiro though, those both look great.
Sony showed us like 5 games that are all coming out in 2019 at the earliest and most of them we already knew about. Ghost of Tsushima looks fucking incredible though holy shit that is by far the game I am most excited for that they showed. TLOU2 is going to be great but we already knew that, and that demo they showed was so fucking scripted it kind of took away from the badass’ness of it.
Nintendo showed us absolutely nothing other than Smash which I couldn’t care less about.
The Sony presser was the worst conference in the history of E3. Take away the games they showed, and it was just atrocious. I mean they had a guy playing a banjo for 10 minutes, a guy playing a flute for 10 minutes, trailers that were way too long, an intermission so people could CHANGE VENUES, and even had an intermission DURING their intermission. I also do not understand why they spent 15 minutes on Spiderman which they have already showed hours and hours of gameplay for already. Marvel must have paid them a pretty penny to spend 20% of their conference on it.
It was bad but definitely not the worst in history. Nintendo 2008 conference and Konami 2010 presser are still far worse.
The Sony Presser was NOT the worst conference in E3 history. We’ve had worse. It’s easy to forget as the worst happened around 8 years ago. What saved it though was that the second half was solid. It’s still a poor conference but the worst? Nah, E3 has a far darker history.
No Metroid. Conference was shit.
Demon x Machina made up for no Metroid. At least for me.
Actually, DOOM Eternal announcement got me hype.
Ghost looks incredible.
TLOU2 makes me want to finally play the first one, so there’s that.
Control looks like it has potential.
I wish they had showed LESS of Spider-Man, because that kinda spoiled it a little.
Nintendo was a disappointment.
And I still have no idea what the fuck Death Stranding is.
Oh, and Sony made me interested in an XBox after Nintendo released Fortnite.
I’m pretty sure even after everyone’s played it, gone through it with a fine toothed comb, and Platinum’d it…we STILL won’t know what Death Stranding is.
I would have rather seen Giant Enemy Crabs and RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDGE RACER!
In the world where the 2 e3 press conferences aboved were mentioned plus that M$ conference where it was 60%-70% kinect shit, there is no way Sony’s conference was the worst. Can’t agree with that at all. Never forget Skittles and the impromptu Usher concert
Control to me seems like Remedy wanting another crack at Quantum Break. Hopefully it won’t come packaged with a boring live action TV series

The Sony presser was the worst conference in the history of E3
That’s hard to support considering it happened in the same year as the shit Square Enix presser we got this year.
I’m talking about the big 3 only.
It’s not even that bad, considering Sony already previously announced that they would be covering those specific games and nothing else.
As of this E3, games I’m looking forward to the most:
- DMC5
- Sekiro
- Tsushima
- Spidey
- Resi 2 Remake
- Doom Eternal
- Starfield (because I really want to know what’s it like)
- Cyberpunk 2077 (pretty much everybody is talking about it)
- DOA6
- Battletoads (not because I will or can play it but because I want to know if it’s a whole new entry or something like a remake)
- Beyond Good & Evil 2 (the story has me intriguied now that they confirmed both Peyj and Jade are in the game)
aaaaand that’s about it. I don’t care about TLOU, don’t really like superhero games so Spidey is a pass, Forza/Halo/Gears are out of my reach anyway (but good god Forza 4 looking amazing), Rage 2 seems like Borderlands with Doom gunplay, and we literally don’t know anything about Jedi: Fallen Order other than the timeperiod it’s gonna take place in
No Nioh 2?
Spider-Man is a pass but you have it on your list.
