Yes. I’ve done it and I think there’s an adapter if you want to use a wireless controller.
There’s also drivers to use a PS3 controller.

I know I’ve played 3rd Strike on GGPO and ppl told me you can you wired, I know it’s cheap in price… but eh, I’ll probably get one soon. I just wish I could afford stick even though I don’t need it. I think people need to realize that in order to get better as Dudley you MUST learn to hit confirm, you MUST learn to buffer RH instead of mashing that Fierce punch button, and when it comes time to punish you **MUST **get at least 400+ damage on your punishes. If you cant do that then Dudley is not your character.
But on topic, imo Dudleys worst matchups are Gief, Chun-Li, Fei Long and Viper. But Viper is just one of those characters that can give anyone a headache. His best matchups, to me, are Sagat and the Shotos. Everything else I feel is even.

try playin vs sanford or lijoes sagat on a weekly bases at next lvl arcade and then tell me its in dudleys favor. i belive even marn had problems with sagat

Sagat is in Dudley’s favour as st.HP stuffs pretty much anything he can do and he can’t keep you out with anything other than cr.HP and risky Tiger Knees. Jumping vs Sagat isn’t really necessary.
Seth however is absolutely fucked. Forget the DP/SPD mix up the fucking dive kick cross up mix up is FUCKED. If you get knocked down vs Seth you are stuffed.
