Is it really that hard to believe? Yes rose has some long footsies but they can be countered with good footsies of our own at the right range and counter poking. Soul spark shouldnt stop you, most soul spiral strings are not true block strings, SSB or Ultra between then once you spot the gaps and patterns. Dont let her get comfortable backdashing alot since she will think its untouchable just like most chuns do, punish it any way you can. Lol at her wake up options, just dont mess too much with that stupid slide and your good.

I think you should play Dieminion, they represent the two polar opposites of this match-up. I’m sure you noticed while playing Dagger G, that he plays more of an offense oriented Guile. Play Dieminion who is not afraid to lame someone the heck out.
Your right i havent met a truly defensive Guile yet that was really good… most guiles like Dagger do my work for me by playing a semi offensive defensive game.

It’s just that by your guys’ matchup ratings, it would seem DUdley only has 5-5 or good matchups, with a very small number of slightly unfavorabe matchups, like 5.5-4.5, which most certainly isn’t the case.We would see Dudley’s in top 1000 at at least one major tournament then.

notice how some of the matchups that I put as 5-5 were ones I haven’t fought legit pro players as of yet. When I say 5.5-4.5, I’m saying Dudley has a slight advantage because of their wake up option / what poks can keep dudley out and how can dudley can in or around those pokes. Dudley bodies ryu, but it’s still not a free match. cr.MK is still a good poke per say even though it’s active frames have been severely nerfed.
speaking of honda, fought mr. snk a few times… and ex duck really rapes Honda’s stop sign. I made him stop jumping maybe for 1 minute or two, and my st.HP was raping… thing is it was a yellow bar connection, so when he jumped at me, i was countered hit and he got hands on me… There were a few times where I had the match but my anti airs never came out despite the lag… but this matchup is more winnable in AE then super, obv. I’d say 5-5 cuz meter honda is still scary and honda with meter is scary to me, imo.
I never fought good evil ryu’s but checkmate, but he was only decent. Fought Banana Ken, I can’t outpoke him, but I’ve made him play a grounded game against me. He wants to get in with f.MK, and that doesnt work with dudleys Focus or st.HK > ex mgb. He jumps with air tatsu and st.HK >>>>>>>>>>>> that shit. I still lost because Babana Ken > me. I’ve improved so much in some matchups, still need more help in some matchups. Ken’s sweep is faster, thats one thing Ken has right now that will scare ALL Dudley’s. Ken’s cr.MK is still good, thats one poke that will frustrate ALL Dudleys. I still feel this matchup is 5-5… and stupid me… when I thought the matchup was 4-6 Ken in super AND AE… because I didn’t know the matchup at all. also, st.MK rapes ken’s lol ex air tatsu, because of air tatsu’s pretty large hitbox, so it can stop random air tatsu mixups and knockdowns.
guys, use cr.HK on Ken when they jump… lol you’ll be so proud of yourself when Ken doesn’t feel like a Master.

Yea it gets me everytime i play him where i am lol, you will never find another Guile like his. He plays Guile like Mike plays Honda, total offense.
