See, EX-Hayate travels incredibly fast, knocks down on hit and goes full-screen. To be honest, I don’t think it will have armor or even invincibility. It’s safe on block if done from the right distance though. It looks like fireballs are going to give Makoto trouble, unless her SAII (Ultra I I guess) goes through them. Since she won’t have to wait for a charge like Vega’s Ultra I, her fireball punish will be lethal like Abel’s.
Ibuki won’t have any trouble at all with any mechanics in SSF4 other than the easy, lenient inputs causing trouble for players. Neither will Dudley; the duck and swing move is going to be godlike.

dudley is going to have a whole bunch of ultra setups, you can guarantee that. corkscrew blow and rocket upper were both easily linked into off juggles, i think this fact alone will make him at least mid-tier. he’s definitely in the game too, for the few who still doubt it.

If you look at the proto artwork for his 3rd outfit he didn’t have gloves. But they redesigned some for it because they felt they were iconic. I kinda like the spiked gloves they gave him, though.
Maids outfit and boxing gloves for alternate costume.
Also I hope they don’t fuck up the voice acting, it would be hard to.

If he retains most of his 3S move set it’s likely he will be high tier unless significant buffs were given to the rest of the cast.
This can be seen with Akuma, who is nearly identical to his 3S variation when compared to how different ryu/ken/chun turned out. Yet low and behold an enormous amount of akuma’s bullshit traveled over in one form or another from 3S to SF4, basically everything except for the crazy 2nd impact style dive kick. And what happened, akuma became high tier, then gay ass lk hurricane into sweep made him top tier.
I guarantee if standing RH buffered into ex MCB, forward RH, cr RH, the rose or any combination of this Dudley shit remains untouched he will be well on his way to top tiered-ness, that’s not even considering what particular juggle properties his cr RH might have (please no un-techable sweep times 6 Capcom).
If a move be juggled after, you can fast wakeup. I believe that’s how the SFIV juggle system works. As for the six sweeps in a row, I’m not really expecting it. I’m be disappointed if he can’t do two sweeps in MGB in the corner however.
