Was it just me or was Sagats new Ultra really weak? Maybe cuz Dudley has high defense?
no if you look closely it actually does a decent amount of dmg (300?)
I think his ultra is meant to be pretty weak.

Yes, he takes damage. Minimal damage, but he doesn’t regenerate it back.

During corkscrew cross he could yell a little louder. Its just like he wimps out instead of yelling “Cross”.
