It looks like cross counter isn’t an armor move like goukens counter. probably staying exactly the same its past version. Corkscrew Cross looks fucking awesome! From the vs. Sagat video, his voice doesn’t sound that bad! It fits.
The style however is ruined with a giant dumb faced Sagat spinning retardedly in the air.

“Keep it classy!” is classy. Maybe this is a younger Dudley or something but yeah while its not Diakowsky…its not as bad as I thought initially–its just different. Listening to it a few times I mean if he is indeed younger well, he would sound different too. The jerky motion of characters has ALOT to do with how characters are rigged in SF4 but its just something that is part of how they’re made and unfortunately isn’t going away. Its one of the few things that make me wish it was hand-drawn, nonetheless I think that the models came out alot better for the 3s characters than I thought and I really think that Ibuki and Makoto were done really well. The first screenshot of Makoto I saw looked really strange but other shots were nice. Her face model during her intro is done pretty well.
Dudley’s final win pose is actually pretty cool, for his character.

Another thing that caught my eye is the range on his Neutral throw, alot farther then it was in 3s.
