Rog is basically just as footsie based as Dudley is. There’s no real way to say that one is more footsie based than the other if you compare them from respective games. Dudley has a stronger mix up game but as long as Rog still has 3 frame c.LP it’s going to be debatable of Dudley truly has a better close up game.
I think Dudley will have solid health . Definitely looking at 1050 to 1100 since Dudley only has good movement on the ground like Rog.
