I’m not sure if this was said already but I overheard Justin Wong on the stream say that Dudley looks to be the most viable competitively (at least, out of all the third strike characters). This is great news for me, seeing as I decided to main him as soon as I read his name on the rumor list. I have my Dudley artwork printed out on my fightstick already so im good to go when Super comes out!

Dudley has tools to deal with all of the 5 top tier characters. He will be competitive. His final placement is dependent on how they balance issues with his damage output and meter building. In previous builds his Super would do huge damage when combod. That has been scaled down considerably now.

Problem found already. Dudley’s neutral standing position. If he stand right next to the enemy, his moving hand keeps going straight through the enemy’s model.

You can’t really tell with some people, so don’t really generalize. Maybe they just recently joined Shoryuken, but have been playing SF for ages? Or maybe they just made a new account? Besides, I’d consider poor grammar more a sign of forum noobiness than join date. 
Yeah , uh sorry to say this guys but Dudz looks kinda dumb. Just saying. Maybe not as dumb as SF4 Sagat since he could trade to Ultra for free. But as an overall package I would say Dudz is more dumb. Come on mane special cancel off of a safe target combo? Really? Hella fast overhead? lolololol.
Guess we’ll be seeing the Dudley army for like a month or so after SSF4’s release.

lol all 3 of these SF3 characters are good. Dudley is perhaps the best but props to capcom for makiing decent transitions to SFIV.
If the patterns goes correctly, perhaps the other new characters can have some good stuff too.
