Drumstep is basically Drum n Bass but with a more dubstep bassline. Basically that Subfocus remix of Rusko’s Hold Onis what would be considered drumstep.
So here in cincy Dubstep is still in full swing. I have been a DJ for about 9 years and all people want to hear is dubstep. Unfortunately back in 03 is when I first heard it, and what i hear now has gotten somewhat repetitive. So I am looking for some stuff that has a more “hood” sound if you get me, since a lot of Brick squad stuff is also 140 bpm. I am trying to stay relevant as a DJ by playing at least 30 mins of dubstep per set, but a lot of the songs out there I don’t like.

I know what drumstep is. I asked him if he was talking about drumstep when he mentioned DnBStep. I def like me some drumstep and i think we should include it in this thread. I guess id say that the Zeds Dead Movado remix is drumstep too.
