There are specific cleansers that’ll allow you to have clean urine in a specific time frame. Google that shit, there’s plenty of official ways in avoiding drug tests since drug testing are bullshit anyways. The irony behind these drug tests actually effect non-drug user more than the actually users. And since it’s only design to detect marijuana makes it kinda pointless (any other “hardcore” drugs is out of your system in less than 48 hours).

Never smoke when you’re out looking for your job. Or, just live in a city where everyone is a pot head and non-jobs take drug tests into consideration.
Partially depends on how often you would tend to smoke, but just drink lots of water, tea, exercise a lot & sweat, if it’s summer that should aid in a regard or two, but it should take 2-5 days min.
