Trying to game, who’s down?
You know you’ve been playing too much when the only thing that comes to mind is the rune spell SOL.
I wonder how much a copy for SMT4 in a year or so. I know 90s capcom and early 00s nintendo loved limiting runs of their games. If you are not into niche games from launch you wouldn’t get a copy.
When I was lvl 14 I was playing with all 30s and piggy backed the Green and Black talisman off of em. Killa wabbit ain’t shit to me bruh.
GG to Neesa, Gonna see if I can find you again.
We fought da wabbit too…and I was all, this lil guy?! What’s he gonna do, hump my shins into dust? I ran in and was doing ground to air combos on him, while laughing at his pathetic attempts to bite…then the rabbit took the kid gloves off, and suddenly, it wasn’t funny any more. Shinkuu Tatsumakisenpuukyaku’d 2 other party members to death. At that point, I figured I’d better just snipe with aerial and upward arrows for multiple hits, and dash-kicks while he was trying to bite people besides me. Then after fluffy got dusted, we cooked for the first time! Oh man, it was better than eating food in River City Ransom! I had roast Kraken, then pan-fried rabbit. Hell yeah. Cooking and eating will never get old. This game badly needs a seuel (damn…the “kyuu” key doesn’t work anymore) with more enemies and character classes (with the ability to choose male or female)…like Assassin, Spy/Ninja, Barbarian (Conan in da house), Mage (grandpa got’s da powa!), Beastmaster (Ma-Ti on steroids), Duelist, etc, and the ability to do combos with secondary weapons rather than just swatting away with them. Imagine Amazon with dual swords.
It’s been so long since I was this satisfied with a game.
Two questions for the peeps playing online:
-
Is there an option to kick members from a party?
-
Have you all encountered any griefers yet? I haven’t played online but have been reading of douchebaggery such as:
-
In Wallace’s Lab, players taking the key in the slime room and refusing to open the door
-
Against the red dragon, trolls grabbing the dragonshield and turning away from the Red Dragon so everyone gets slaughtered by its killing fire.
-
Trolls purposely burning food during camp and shoving it onto your plate

Had someone do that shit today.
Was pissed.
Wow. That retarded… Just did some chain runs with King, got 2 S rank bows and shoes. Awww yeahhh.
Getting on now.
If I happen to join any of you, I’ll try not to completely slaughter everything.
I just remembered something… didn’t they mention something about a pvp arena in the game? I’m only lvl 25 on both of my mains, so I don’t dare dream of going there just yet but knowing where to go would be nice…
Also going online in a few, anybody hit me up if you want to run some dungeons. I PLAY ON THE VITA!

I just HOLLERED
Initial:
You’ll unlock Coliseum after beating the game once. When you go to the gate there’s a little alcove that goes north but you can’t access it until you beat the game, that’s the Coliseum.
hows this game compared to guardian heroes?(saturn/xbox360 ver)
After playing this further at Otakon I need to find a more offensive character. Amazon seems fun cause I can jump all over the place and stay airborne.
My PSN is literally my name on here with SRK in front of it. I probably won’t be online to play for awhile until I finish the story with a friend first. My current character is the Wizard.
Ok I think it was either @Azure or Dios that asked me about gear in the game, and whether there was uniques or not, here you go:
Courtesy of Orlean Knight at gamefaqs
n this game you’ll have anything from basic loot all the way to “Epic” pieces, which are beyond unique.
Each weapon has a potential for a Stat Slot which can be randomly filled with an ability from what I’m going to assume is nearly 50 abilities, I’m just going by the Japanese site: http://www.4gamer.net/games/134/G013480/FC20130716008/
Standard (No Glow) equips can have anywhere from 0 to 3 stats.
Unique (Gold Glow) equips have anywhere from 3 to 5 stats.
Epic (Teal Glow) pieces have anywhere from 5 to 8 stats.
In the Labyrinth you’ll bump into Chaos pieces, which are always Epic, but they add a unique Gold stat to your Epic equipment which greatly improves one of your character’s abilities and relates to a certain play style. So if you like to use one ability a lot, you can farm a whole Chaos set to improve it.
Also LoC has 99 floors in total, each floor has three areas, so that’s about 297 rooms in LoC in total(though accounting for the randomization the possibilities of configurations make this number ridiculously astronomical)
Also explorers have confirmed that
Spoiler
There are elite monsters above the max lvl cap in LoC that hit really.fucking.hard.

Also, to any of you tier whoring amazon and elf players lovely people of SRK who don’t know about the deep pocket skill reset glitch/mishap.
Here’s how it works, in a nutshell.
Explanation: Deep Pockets is a common skill that increases bag size by 1 per level (it maxes out at 3). It’s a must have maxed out common skill, regardless of character class. When your Deep Pockets skill has reached level 3, you will have spent 12 SP in total in order to get it there. In the Chaos Labyrinth, players have the ability to receive an SP reset item (the first one that you receive is given on completion of floor 3). This item resets all of your skills and gives you back all the SP that you spent on them. However, Deep Pockets is an exception. It’s the only skill in the game wherein the effects of the skill do not reset, yet you gain all of the SP that you spent on it back. Meaning that, if you max out Deep Pockets (level 3) and use the SP reset item, you’ll still retain the effects of the level 3 Deep Pockets yet you’ll also gain all of your 12 SP back that you spent on it. Not sure if this was intentionally put in by the developers, but it’s there.
tl;dr
Max out Deep Pockets (level 3).
Use the skill reset item that you obtained in the Chaos Labyrinth.
???
Profit.
Ooooooooh…I can’t wait to get the get the reset item. I was actually going to ask about that because I feel that I did not level up my Dwarf properly. I think he’s supposed to be the “tank” of the group.
In the meantime, I’m enjoying the story quite a bit. Right now I’m at the point where I have to get the 9 runes that could stop the Ancient Dragon.
Amazon’s parry has been saving my ass against skeletons and fighters. Glad I invested in it
Got my first epic, and it’s an S rank too.
^The aoe stun effect is too delicious >:3
edit: I’ve also had it accidentally proc several times, that one point has paid for itself many times over
edit to my fellow AmASSzons: Definitely practice using evade against bosses. At first I didn’t get much use out of it(using my base evade+deadly revolve combo was more than enough) but it really does help when you’re in berserk mode and need to avoid a boss’ strike without much time to think or are unable to parry it. You can evade in four directions and some of the strikes in Ammys ground chain can be cancelled into it.
I’d probably add in Evade(Max) as a bnb skill considering my recent experiences with it
@calcal: just remember the lion’s share of your damage comes from the ground chain, deadly revolve is extremely useful but is one of her weaker attacks.
Guess I’ll play for an hour before taking my butt for bed. Darn work.
Anyways, I’ll be on my lv 20 fighter if anyone wants to join me. Trying to play the supportive role so I apologize if my fighter is pretty crappy.
