I will get on in a few minutes, I just got up because I had to work LATE last night.
Hmmm I could play for a few.
Accept my request, Hood! FreeVidness
BB hoody: System locked up, I am rebooting lol
Good runs, I am gonna finish my fighter one day. Fighter got boned when they switched to TOM, he really doesnāt have much as far as viable builds go IIRC.
I should pick up archer again, she was a lot of fun. Love my Amazon but everyone keeps telling me she taps out pretty bad later in the game.
I think Archer, Dwarf are best DPS and Sorceress is the best support, then Amazon, Fighter and Wiz are kind of meh. Fighter isnāt a better tank than Dwarf, and canāt do as much damage as amazon, and his buffs arenāt anything special either. The only advantage he has over Amazon is the auto parry on projectiles, and has better defense. Bash doesnāt provide much stun, so it really isnāt worth more than a point. I use Sacrifice + Distraction, but I am considering dropping both because neither really gives you much benefit considering the HP that some of the enemies have on TOM so I donāt know if it is worth it. I think leveling up drop may be more useful considering the fighterās lack of burst.
Wait, what changed that made Elf best DPS? The lower arrow drop rate really nerfed that. Iād say her burst damage is crazy good but once you run out of arrows you have to collect again, and that really slows you down.
Amazon has Parry plus DMG up during invul frames affixes and that shit murders. Max parry lasts a long time which gives her really good survivability plus natural DMG bonus and then the affix on top of that? She gets pretty nuts from what Iāve seen.
Aight, some things to know when running in the 40k+ rooms.
- If you run ahead without me setting up invun, you will die VERY fast.
- To kill the golem, we should as a team get the good golem to the end as best we can then run far to the left. The bad golem attacks us, and with us out of the picture the good golem makes that battle easy. Otherwise, its a LOOONG battle.
That is all Fun times!
Vidness:
- I kept stopping to let you set up INV, I will try to be more careful next time as I knew I cut it off a few times unintentionally.
- I did not know that about the Golem battle, I will keep that in mind for next time!
@Vidness @J-ride Yo sorry I had to leave early. My washing machine overflowed. It was bad. Water leaked to the floor below,my downstairs neighbor came up stairs and threw a fit, maintenance people had to be calledā¦ugh. And I never knew TOM goes that damn far! freaking rooms in the five digits??? But it was kinda easy when you can spam invincibility and double score rune magic lol. How the hell does that work? Also @Vidness I saw that your equipment didnāt have a durability gauge. Iām guessing you unlocked some equipment that never runs out?
As for Amazon not being good at higher levels I disagree. Sure she canāt take a hit, but sheās not suppose to. Sheās suppose to stay on the move and avoid hits. And once you score a parry sheās free to go dumb and just brandish everything in sight for a good 5 seconds. My issue is just I need to get better at parry and knowing what attacks can be parried. Also do ya think the potential damage with incite rage and adrenaline is worth the risk? Because once you score a parry with all that active youāre wrecking shop.
what you mean by affixes?
Haha JRide that was mainly for Hood. He keep running into rooms and getting himself killed. Hood: I thoroughly studied the game and posted my findings some time agoā¦maybe around page 64?
I didnāt keep dying lol. I had left the game after the golem fight. Issue with my washing machine. Thatās another thing that annoys me about Dragonās Crown. the game doesnāt let you know when a player has left and the computer has taken their place.
It does, the letters NPC appear before your name.
Does anyone have a current build for the Amazon class to be decent at end game? I just got back into the game and mines around level 100 but I got a lot of skills I still need to put in.
From what I read in past post ( thanks Vidness ) Max out parry and equip those special earrings that grant an attack boost while invincibility is active and equip the axes that boost the power of parry or brandish, get good at parrying and have fun.
The 40K room were insane, lol but only a few good items dropped for me. The drop rate in this game is pretty lame, dropping a sword at level 40K+ that has base dps of 155, are you serious?
The text bonuses granted from equipment
This is what Iām running on the amazon right now. As fun as war paint is it doesnāt seem like itās going to be useful later on.

Itās a build that was posted here a few pages back. Parry, go ham, repeat.
@vidness I might have to run those 40k+ floors with you. Out of curiosity what do you fight at 50k?
