Anyway, its exploitable if and only if your opponent chooses to block the rush when low on ki. Typically those rushes are the easiest to dodge because there’s an easier window of timing compared to normal rushes (and if babidi is farhter away you have time to just sidestep/step in).
Once again, timing is really really important. If you can’t time stuff, you get caught in stupid stuff.
I would say SSJ4 Gogeta is a top tier character if you’re just using defaults. In fact I’d agree with alot of the DP tier list if you’re just using defaults.
dude your knowledge of the game is not very good is it? There are more ways to set it up then a blocked rush… wtf… well thats what you get, you didnt even know there was a infinite in the first place, then you see a video of it, and now you think you know exactly how it works and the onlyl way it can be set up…
Do you actually guard break people to the point of fatigue that often? It seems really insignificant.
Edit: The two ways I know of fatiguing people are:
-Use a rush and have it blocked when someone is low on ki
-Use a certain physical attacks that guard break when someone is low on ki
The second situation is very, very rare, and nobody even talks about it. Nobody takes into account that SSJ4 Gogeta knocks off tons of ki bars for a guard break when rating him. Nobody mentions how a big downside to Chiaotzu is the fact that he has to regain 3 bars of ki when fatigued. Nobody talks about getting fatigued or someone’s ability to fatigue because its so, so rare.
So the only situation that seems feasible is the 1st I listed. And that situation is easily avoidable. that’s why I say if and only if… because getting fatigued through a guard break (especially when fighting weaker characters like Babidi) rarely happens. Nobody even talks about. People talk about getting owned by spammed B2s, lengthy combos that deal big damage, but never fatigue.
If there is a third situation though, please inform me, since my knowledge of the game isn’t very good.
I just the got the Wii version of the game and played a few games online. The lag is horrible. It’s even worse than Guilty Gear Midnight Carnival on the Xbox. It’s like watching a slide show, I was really looking forward to online play for this game.
I watched the inf video and i just wanted to say a few things about it.
I agree it “COULD” be a problem but Honestly if you have good defensive skills you should NEVER get fatiged like that, If you do get fatiged by it then you should probably work on your stepping/throwbreaking/zcounter2/teleporting(all defensive skills)
also, goku’s “spare me your energy” when done multiple times in a match, will result in some HIDEOUSLY huge damage output due to its big modifier. more on that later…
I was able to record a few matches of tenkaichi 3 against a buddy of mine…if you want to watch them you can but I’m sure i’m probably not as good as you guys. Lemme know what you think and if you have any pointers I’m all ears.
Ok have posted in here in awhile but just to give a heads up tomorrow we are having a BT3 gathering at my place and now I have camcorder in my possesion so we are going to be recording the matches as promised and uploading them on youtube. It can be up as early as tomorrow night the lastest over the weekend but I promise it will be some high level entertaining matches. There are about 6 Strong players now and everyone is just getting better 3 of the strong players will be here hopefully (myself included) and I know I’ve been working on promoting this game alot and I’ve been very busy so I apologize for the long wait.
Anyway Sonichuran Im gonna check out those vids and my friends say they want to check them out as well.
Also anyone going to M6 in Janurary there will be an official BT3 Tournament there hosted by myself. Anyone going to magfest should definetly participate and I will be taping the finals there as well.
On a side note I heard complaints about the Wi version. I WAS going to pick the game up when i get my Wi next week but is it worth it? The lag issue seems to be a turnoff though.
