Also, Dr. Gero and 19 had a infinite I discovered a while back. I forgot all the terms for this game but what you would do is guard crush your opponent when they had less then 1 bar of energy, this will put them in this stunned state where they keep having to press O. After that, throw them, power dash neutral punch them, throw them, repeat.
They shouldn’t be able to get out unless they got some type of rapid fire on or something lol

I have only ever seen one Youtube channel that had videos that were remotely impressive, but the guy wasn’t THAT amazing. Unfortunately, the video was removed just after I asked if he could PM me to see if we could meet up and play some time ;(. If you really want, I will make a few videos of me blasting the computer and maybe some tutorials…
You complain about having too many characters and then you say you want adult Chi Chi? That’s what I call a wasted character slot…
Not a bad video, but not really that good of a video. I really question a lot of the character choices, seeing as none of them have great defensive options.
Also, banking on your opponent to stupidly block a rush attack when they don’t have enough energy, then only being able to combo them for a limited amount of time is not “infinite.”
Where is EA based out of? If it’s NY I want to fight against the players in this vid lol.
lol IT IS a infinite combo, just a situational one. And its not a limited time considering Dr. Gero drains the energy they gain from mashing.
EA is in NYC I think, you might need to contact triforce or something though. Of course the videos aren’t really that great, there really isn’t many people that play this game competitively you know lol.
lol @ that dude asking if people play his game, and then saying they’re not that good. When you are desperate for comp, you suck it up and take what you can get. If the players are dedicated then there’s plenty of time to level up later.
As a game to be take seriously I think BT series is a waste of time; its total fanservice.
Budokai 3 is probably best to take seriously, I used to say IW but with Goku 4P+K and his other buffs (already on top of his transformation guard breaks) along with Piccon/Yamcha rushdown, totally raping Piccolo, etc that game makes even harder for the low tiers to win. Besides I kinda like Hyper mode and Dragon rushes, even if the later was a total luck of the draw fest.
And whoever said Budokai 2 was better than 3 is just confusing me…a lot of people sucked total ass in that game, even people with good baseline Ki like Super Buu. Not to mention that damn board game crap and getting capsules took forever. Screw that game.
I think SuperDBZ and Budokai shit all over Tenkaichi. Then again, maybe I’m just looking at it from the fighting game perspective.

Good comment. I think he’s a pretty underrated character. There’s probably a really good way to use him, with his life draining shenanigans.
You’re not butting head in all honesty I’m just having a conversation with peeps who enjoyed this game as much as I did. I can’t decide if LSSJ Broly not having his nerf is a rush or not considering you can do some dumb shit if you have enough blast stocks. Example…if any of Broly’s lower forms are able to instantly transform into LSSJ and you’re in Broly’s grill when he’s done tranforming then he can immediately go into his clothesline super and that’s unblockable. It’s possible to teleport it but it’s hard as fuck. Usually you can hit someone with Reg Broly’s rush and then get in their face on wake up, Transform and get the energy back, then hit them with a fucking meaty unblockable clothesline.
Also what I mean by ‘rolling over half the cast’ is that if Broly gets to LSSJ and you’re character doesn’t do enough damage to knock broly out of his super armor (which is a good chunk of the cast) then it’s going to be an uphill battle if he gets in your face.
Going by the rules that digimonemperor posted up…the only thing I can say is that Videl is going to have to be on her A game before Broly goes LSSJ. Like I said earlier…I don’t think it’s unwinnable but it’s certaintly going to be uphill.
There shouldn’t be any infinites at all in BT3 because of the burst that everyone has that they can use at the sacrifice of some of their health. What you posted earlier doesn’t really sound like an infinite to me…did he try teleporting the dash punch?
Agreed, it’s unfortunate that the Budokai & SDBZ games got passed over for the Tenkaichi series only because the Tenkaichi series has a bit more fanservice.
me and my friends had that game tight by the neck, one of my friends discovered 2nd form cell and found a life draining loop. can’t remember how it went but this is after we had the game mechanics on lock so he was beyond a pain in the ass, sometimes if a group of us were playing a team match he could steam roll pass three of us
the characters I used was shananigan Early goku and omega shenron, omega shenron seemed to be quite broken most of the time which was interesting because his play style was very simple, there weren’t any complex locks like what the saiyans would get you in, shenron was like CE guile in a way and early goku + 1b solarflare was fun to use, for me.
I think the team battle is what makes tenkaichi a much better game than budokai :lol:

I didn’t mind SDBZ. I played it on occasion, I mained Cell.
But…it’s just for me, it didn’t seem like the game had enough characters at the time. Especially compared to the other DBZ fighting games. Yeah…yeah I admit, I am a “presentation whore” … where everything has to make sense and be absolutely perfect, and have it’s cake and eat it too (lots o characters and stages…with balance…almost impossible I know)…blah…blah…mew mew mmmmmeeeew mewwwwwwww mew meww mew!!! :lol:
I will admit, the game had a real deep engine, and for competitive players…that’s always a good thing.
B3.1, I main Radditz!!! This character is sooo gdlk. Uhmmm I mean he’s cool as shit, but sucks ha. 2ndaries Cell, Cooler, and Recoome.
BT3, I think I mained Cell in this game. Damn I don’t remember…I played too many characters haha.
