Well, we still don’t know exactly how the dragonball mechanic works. Might be very possible that all 7 could be quickly gathered before anyone loses a fighter. In that case, fast healing or meter fill would be crazy strong.
Not sure when a 2nd sparking would be better than revive though.
Yo, Dragon Balls are sick. Still not sure how it’s gonna work, apparently, only P1 could pick a buff. The options seem a bit too strong, maybe P1 picked all the balls?

I thought each person had their own dragon ball count. From what I’ve seen it’s dependent on the combo hit count. 10+ will get you the one-star ball, 20+ hits gets you the two-star ball, etc. That’s what I’ve deduced anyway.
I dunno how this will play in the meta. I’m intrigued but I also don’t want it to make the game stupid.
Didn’t know it was shared. I thought since to get the dragon balls you have to do a combo, only one pops up at a time since two people can’t be combo’d at the same time.
We’re not even sure if it’s strictly tied to combos. Some footage does suggest that, but there are also other shots where getting an X0-hit combo didn’t produce a ball.
Did they really not explain it in that long ass stream, or are we waiting for translations still?
What gets me is HOW she’s powering up despite being an Android. Last time I checked 17 and 18 never needed to “power up” nor shown that they needed to power up when fighting their foes and the only “Android” to do so was Cell…
So 21 definitely has a whole new system within her(possibly) to attain similar levels of power or even beyond that.
