Whatâs this on the frontpage about new info on FighterZ being shown tomorrow?
After the whole IGN thing I wonder if itâs new info or ânewâ info.
im expecting beta info first, maybe a new trailer, and maybe a new character/s. Again it doesnt make much sense to delay this open beta for much longer. The whole point is having it to work on some kinks, and you gotta submit a game to get reviewed approved a couple weeks early anyway so gotta happen with in the next 2 months.
Im still wondering what this extra mechanic for advanced players was supposed to be that was gonna get revealed unless that was the dragon ball feature that they talked about earlier. Anyway fighter z to my knowledge if they are streaming it didnt they say starts at 9am? So just a few hours if its the first thing they show till then.
Didnt they have a beta for that xenoverse game as well? How many characters were in its final beta? Did it have the full original base roster or? I can see us having/knowing the full base roster by the time of mid december when jump comes out. And then saving januarys jump with showing the first round of DLC. But id be pretty surprised if full base roster is in final online beta.
I think weâll see the Dragon Ball mechanic in play.

My early guess is a Randomized Powerup mechanic like NBA Playgrounds, like a buff or debuff (decrease meter usage, increase meter cost of the opponent, decrease speed, etc)

I just thought of something: What if Raditz and Bardock are revealed together?
I know it may not be popular, but if the Extreme Butoden roster is making up the majority of this roster, then among the only ones not shown yet are Raditz and Bardock. The Saiyan father and son reveal may show up down the road (I agree with everyone that Ultimate Gohan and Kid Buu may be the next ones revealed).

showed a trailer with some story mode sequences and moon stage gameplay scenes but beside of that nothing new from what i could see.

some gameplay with ginyu and coâŚdragonballs got activated and shen long appeared but they switched screens and said something so i guess its not ready to showâŚ
This game is made with diversity in mind and not powerlevel.
With that being said, hopefully they put in as many obvious choices due to how this gameâs engine works.
When it comes to a game like this, specifically created like itâs supposed to be xrdâŚstylize the hell out of it with chars that fit that flair.
Roshi, nappa, bulma, tien etc have very different fighting styles as does piccolo & android 16.
From a gameplay standpoint, good picks would be Broly, any 5 dbs chars like yurin or dende, maybe more characters that break the mold of dbz fanservice that would fit as interesting gameplay âfunctionsâ.
This game will never have tenkaichiâs roster. Tenkaichi and xenoverse will forever be the best dbz games for fanservice and are the opposite of what burst limit and fighters are for.
If it wasnât ready, why would they play a build that has it implemment with the dragon appearing and all?

From my super limited knowledge of Japanese three of them seem to be a choice of health recovery, a revive and more power (likely another sparking blast) not sure what one of them does though.

maybe its not done and they just test stuff out with it or they just dont wanted to show it early.
