SE uses a stick that madcatz virtually lifted the design from the Sanwa JLF, even the restrictor gate is an exact fit. Sadly the parts are not. The JLF is a drop in replacement for it though, granted you can use a screwdriver (as I trust you can). LizardLick is out of stock on the JLF, I know they were expecting them back in sometime next week.
JLF is for chumps though. LS-32 is where its at.

Stick feels a bit more wobley in the dead zone, but the throw of the stick (from neutral to engage) is much smaller. Preferred stick for SHMUPs, but I still prefer it for a lot of fighting games.
