I was planning on going with an individual rim and plunger, none of which matching. I cut it down to three colors though. Just got done dremeling the tabs off, all six buttons fit in snug. Also just got done soldering a heavy as shit USB cable to it, and it works. You’re gonna have a hell of a time breaking this cable lol

<edit> Well, is see why the button wasn’t working. The trace pad looks like its been to shit. I should be able to work with this though.
<edit 2> Got it to work, took a bit of fiddling to get contact, but that fucker is soldered real well. now to get the other 5 buttons
<edit 3> Almost done. Wiring done, everythings put back together, I just want to make one addition. I pulled the feet off the bottom plate, and I’m gonna replace them.

Purple/White/Red, they’re the colors I had laying around, and the purple is close enough to a blue (as I noted, Sanwa must not have done so hot before primary school with colors), a layout a true american hero such as Hulk Hogan I MEAN Alex would be proud of.
I’ll round down the cost of the buttons, and I said I’d do the work for free, so $15?

I could do an actual sound mod… but I am afraid that the only way I would be inspired to do so is if it made fart sounds. Speak and Spell is a bit easier, and less work.
As a lefty imma call you out on that shit. I have an awful time writing with pen (infact, I have red ink all over my hand because i’m left handed.) I’m all for furthering the master race, but we need to play to our strengths, not out ink smearing weakness.

My sister?s train arrived at 7, so I got picked up on the way back. I wouldn?t have wanted to stay until 10 anyway. I came to practice Alex and Ryu stuff on arcade. Nothing was coming out and ppl were playing secondaries, so it wouldn?t really have been worthwhile practice time.

Interesting. The store?s about as far from me as Doylestown. But I dunno, it?s hard to beat free H2H arcade 3s with ps2 on a crt. Are you friends with the owner of the store or something?
I can squeeze 2 gaming sessions in per week (1 Siren & 1 Game Junkie) if they happen to fall on days that work for me. My concern would be what the others think, mainly because casuals with less than 3 ppl or casuals where ppl only stick around for a short period of time are no fun imo. I am sure Siren is a more convenient location for Diaper Bomb. Flare McCool says winners don?t use PS2. I guess we?ll wait and see what the feedback is like.
