I think I can help some of you out with the infinite. If you guys want that is. Just post how you guys are trying to connect it, 'cause you can’t connect another set of lk(s) after the initial set after the air dash. But it all depends on how you are trying to connect it! So any questions you might have, feel free to ask. I have that shit down pretty good, and every chance I get I do it, ending with a apa. Can do decent damage, when executed properly. The infinite that is.
i dont set it up wit the air dash combo… jes launch. lk lp hkxxfly, lk lp hkxxfly, miss wit lk lk hk
Yeah that is the easiest way to get it down. What problems do you run into then?

Alright here is the setup with the airdash:
In the corner (of course): lk, mk, c.fp, sj., lk, mp, mk, XX ad/uf, lk, mk, fk XX fly, [lk, mp, rk XX fly] Repeat brackets
NOTE: When you reach the top the pattern changes to: [lk, fk XX fly] Anyway, i’ll stop 'cause I am sure you know most of this stuff already.
*One more thing. Just to let you know, you can also do a full magic series from the launch rather than the lk, mp, mk. The only thing is the full magic series: (lp, lk, mp, mk), has to be faster. I find the one I posted to be easier though. Just giving you variety.

Will a Doom expert pls post the circumstances of his unblockable(c.HK). I have heard so many diff. things, like they can’t be in blockstun, or it can only be done at a certain distance. Someone please elaborate on this for me!!!

i ain’t a doom expert, but i know that they CANT be in blockstun! cuz they are blocking. the distance…i dunno the right distance for when your not close to them…but i know that if you get right next to them and do it, it works. i’ve done it MANY times…unblockable+capcom, aircombo, TYTE
Hmm…ok. Anyone else confirm this? Just a simple c. HK close to opponet? No offense or anything 50, I just can’t get it to work. And I think after 3 years of casual play w/ doom, I would have been able to pull it off now?! I dunnos. Input anyone?

there was a video of i think…julius jackson? anyways; he was using doom and he juss dashed up and did the c.rh, and they kept getting hit. so i tried it out one time in casual and i got it. i get it dayum near 95% when i dash up and c.rh, but maybe…isht; iono; maybe somehow im mistaken…cuz ur ryte; i ain’t a hardcore doom player…i juss know basic combos, his runaway vs cable, corner infinite, and a couple resets. doom has good TiA’s though, make good use of that
does his c.lk come out faster than his c.lp ?
I believe his c.lp is alot faster than his c.lk.

If you cant get close and just happen to have omega red in your team, or assist throw + ground PA + dash forward + (unrollable) c.lk c.hp + any air combination you can think of. Sure, you need a bar to start it, but it’s nice if you can’t get close.
Heres the 2 main combos I like to use:
c.lk, Launch, lp, lk, lp, fk + air-dash foward, Hyper Proton array
This next one is more psuedo reset and can be done anywhere cept the corner
c.kl, Launch, (done as slowly as possible: lp, lk, lp, lk), Air-dash down, lp, c.fp, do the lp, lk, lp, lk slowly again, Air-dash down on other side, c.lk, Launch, lp, lk, lp, fk + air-dash foward, Hyper Proton array.
This one is almost 100% if the block anything on the way down just do the unblockable, and bust out with a triangle jump + lk to get something going again.
