I don’t think you can manage a throw in order to reset the infinite, but if you are able to then they can tech hit, and all you can probably do after that is a tech hard break. Let me know what you guys think.

I think sneeking a air throw in there would be cake seeing
as you’d be in fly mode anyway lk,hk,fly, ect…
They might think you were just going for another rep of the infini…

Are the two c.lks supposed to combo after landing? Cause I don’t think it will. They are able to block as soon as they reach the floor. However, you might be able to mix them up with a tri-jump, but then again I think they reach the floor first then you with a fp throw don’t they? Correct me if I am wrong or if I misunderstood you.
it all connects… cause i just tore up some people with it. timing is the key… heres how its done.
corner… launch, sj… (now, u do the magic series FAIRLY slow, so that by the time u grab, yur reasonable close to the ground, distance enough to land the OTG)
what i do is sj.lp, sj.lk, pause slightly, sj.mp, sj.mk grab…if u do the timing right, u should hit the ground SLIGHTLY after the opponent does, giving u enough time to OTG.
those comboes i posted have good potential… but they are tech-able and roll-able… but some people dont, so i like to use em anyway… and if i know they roll or whatever… try to do the infinite. anyone who wants to talk doom with me, PM me. we can get on a messenger or whatever, and talk strats.
If you get the person in the Doom infinite, always try to throw them. If they tech hit, try to gb them right back into the infinite. If you get this to work, please post it and how so that when I decide to learn Doom better I can use it.
hmm… i have yet to reset the doom infinite with a grab… MORE PRACTICE!!!

Just wanted to know what the best way to setup the trijump, using assist and without assist as well. Also, what is best to follow with: lk, mp, or lk, lk? Thanks!

w/assist u can call one out like IM’s unibeam for example, if it hits, normal tri jump wit lk lk, land dash in c.lk c.lk ect… if they block it and theyre standing, forget tri jump, jes dash and c.lk, if theyr crouchin, trijump lk real quick… i dont knoe if its been sed in this thread, but, dont sj if u plan on trijumpin wit doom, he seems to be slower then a regular tri jump…
w/o assist, i jes try to get my opponent to block and do repeated normal trijump lk’s and hope for a lucky hit… it’s a bit reckless but i like it, it may or may not help u
lk, mp or lk, lk is all about preferences, either way works i suppose… but i prefer lk, lk since it looks kool:D

oh yeh, forgot to add sumthing, try to make ur opponents anticipate what ur goin to do… for example, wenever u call out an assist, tri jump lk’s 2 or 4 times, then wen they least expect it, go in wit a c.lk instead of tri jump…
umm more combos/resets if i havent sed them yet:
#1: any combo[*] into c.lk, c.lk, c.hp, SJxxd.hk behind them, c.hp (works once in awhile)
#2: corner, any combo[*] into c.lk, c.lk, c.hp, sj lp lk lp lk, pause, c.hp throw, as they fall, catch em wit hk xx fly into inf[@]
#3: hit them wit assist[#], fly hpxxunfly, land, dash-in c.lk c.lk c.hp, into watever u like
[*] do watever u want that u can combo into sed combo
[@] dunno if this works cuz i cant do his inf for shit
[#] ex: sent drones hit, fly hpxxunfly, works better if ur already flying but it kinda dangerous to fly wit doom so only do it if u wanna be flashy… btw u can also start with jes the fly hp

What kind of problems do you have with Dr. Doom’s infinite? I might be able to help you. If you know the buttons and apparently you know different ways to set it up, then you are probably having the same problem I had. So if you like just post your problems.

Have you tried this combo? There’s a mixup in there right? And I take it the first lk+assist is Sent’s assist?
sry, ill try to see if it works, resets make the combo kinda hard connect, if they block it, dhc to sent so ur safe…
Hey maybe u can help me out. I can do c.hp, sj.lk, sj.lp, sj.hk, fly mode: lk, mk, hk. After that I’ll go back into fly mode but my lk won’t reach. Do i have to hold down when i get into the 2nd fly mode?
only tip/help i can give u since i can barely do it myself is after u hit the lk lp hk, immediately go into fly
right now, im havin trouble connecting a 2nd set of lk, lk, hk after the previous lk, lk, hk
well, the 2nd and 3rd rep should be lk, lp, hk… that may change things(I don’t have a dc at teh moment to check). As for you wiffing it, you can do qcb then forward, lk…etc, which would cancel the recovery on the fly, but you don’t really need to do that… or you’re either not canceling it fast enough, which is my problem most of the time.
