Interesting little find that I’m not sure what to do with yet but Spidey can do a down TAC very low to the ground, cause ground bounce and still stay on the screen. I’m working on this still as it just happened randomly but if I remember right I read somewhere that at a certain level the opponent can’t counter TACs. Now this could be nothing worthwhile but I forget how TAC’s work. If I land but hit the opponent again while they are in the air before they touch ground can I TAC them again or does it just knockdown like normal? If it’s the prior than it would an interesting infinite to say the least.

I believe I double TAC’d but not sure all I saw was Spidey land and Vergil fly upwards. If I can replicate this at the very least it would be interesting to see what else is possible with it since you can definitely get another TK :h: web swing off of it.

if you do the down tac and land before char switch (btw it’s counterable still) then they get a big ground bounce and will land hard knockdown, you can only tac in super jump/launch state so if you land you won’t be able to tac again with a normal jump
Cool wasn’t sure where I read it but even at that height they can still counter? Good to know. In any case the TK web swing would have put me back in super jump but I still wasn’t sure if there would have been a way to TAC again after it without using :s: on the ground before hand. Still interesting even for combo fodder.
Is there any way for spiderman to combo off of his grabs on the ground. I know he has some good tick throw setups and since most of the cast duck under his standing M attack right after you can press forward H to go for the grab if your just pressuring them

This is a new team that i’m working on. Also i have an idea for a kinda like stylish combo involving 3 meters i supposed. Like I would do a spiderman combo and then end the combo calling ammy so it could keep the opponent airborne close to the ground maybe before i hit launcher or something and then I cancel my attack into Spider Assault which causes the wallbounce, then I dhc to Dorm Stalking flare which causes them to left up in the air. I then use dorm’s teleport to get near them while they are still being lifted and use air dark hole then air S since they would be in the launched state still from using S w/ spidey while they were being held in the air. This would cause them to fall on the ground then I can otg w/ dorm and use chaotic flame. I was wondering if something like this could work?
I wonder what Spidey would be like if they fixed hit stun scaling and kept Spidey’s original c:m: and made it jump cancelable instead and made it so s:m: always hit if the opponent was being comboed. Hmmm one can only imagine
I reccomend labbing this yourself would help you learn the timing as well, I haven’t seen much Spidey + Dog plays so it’d be interesting if you could share some of your discoveries but Spider Dorm has been dug and delved out a lot I think Airborne has a very detailed write-up in the OP of the team-building thread.
Yep no problem. I’m going to try and lab this team up and see if there’s anything new I can come up with if possible. I like coming up w/ creative stuff and I think this team might lend itself to that as well
hey guys what it the most damaging solo spiderman bnb that i could start reping so i can move on to mixing my team in to his combos for assitst help and such?

And the first page doesnt list damage, s it doesnt make sense to learn and try each and every combo on there to figure out the damage. So any advice on what the most damaging solo one is?
Right now I keep mine simple and go for spidersting/web swing combos, but I’ve seen big damage come from web throw combos. I don’t know which I should focus on more.

Got a new (which is probably old) web swing combo for happy birthdays and fake TAC reset. Still working with Z on getting the fake TAC reset follow up.

Does decent amount of damage and doesn’t require a zip OTG, if you’re using assist other than missiles, you can use them after the last :l: sting. You just do sting/bite again then either call an OTG assist or assist then zip OTG.
I haven’t been using swing combos as of late but it turns out that my bnb has too much HSD to get the fake TAC reset after the cross up web throw to launcher. This combo does just enough to get your opponent to eat a meaty sj:m: or sj:h: if you use sj:l: after the launcher.

The first page combos are there to give you a feel of Spidey’s combos in general. Spidey’s combos and extension rely on what assists you have as he’s generally played as a point character.
As of the moment and in my opinion, there are 2 combos you should take note of, 3 if you’re going to use missiles. The first one is really good but doesn’t work with HBDs, the second one can be replaced by any of multi-swing combos for HBDs and the third just works with Doom.
iNerd’s bnb - saves ground bounce, good for slow OTG assists (Skrull, Crystal, etc.)

Zip OTGs take a while to get used to.
The best general Spidey bnb IMO.
My new/old web swing combo - can be used for HBDs, sets up for fake TAC reset
Corner - easier to confirm with the [s:m: c:h:] part
Midscreen - easy but does not work against short characters (Wolv, Frank, etc.)

Second one is better in general but the first is a bit easier to confirm in the corner because you have 2 points to adjust the timing.
Not enough time for an OTG assist if you do the last magic series (unless you’re running missiles or bomb*), just use another sting/bite after the last c:h: to extend with OTG assist.
This combo is meant to end with either a TAC or a fake TAC reset.
My BnB - corner carry from anywhere, ends with web throw to corner

Requires strict timing and the zip whiff takes a while to get used to.
You don’t have to follow the combos listed button per button but you may miss out a bit on their purpose. The listed combos just serve as an idea for others to use and develop bnbs which are more attuned to their execution and play style.
Hmmm, just turned off my console but I think the third one does around 850k (starting with j:h:) if you do :l: web throw to MS after the last web throw to corner. The iNerd one, I think, does around 530k (starting with j:h:). You can check the link in my sig for some samples of iNerd’sand my bnb.
For the one with the fake TAC reset, I’m not so sure but I think it does around 450k+ after the spider sting. No vids for that.
