How can you add 3 to 4? I can’t imagine how to. Even with kara sting.

Depends on his assist calls. If he dashes under the second time throws them then kara stings then throws again that adds three before calling Doom. Two to the corner then one out the corner. If he calls Doom while doing the third one he’ll get another two, one grabbing off the missiles then one out the corner. If he moves forward just enough to get hulk to hit but still close enough to the corner he gets those two as well. That’s about ten or so if I calculated correct.

It can combo, it just depends on how far into the combo it is.
after a web throw to the corner you can whiff the c:h: and cancel it to still get the sting to combo. Just look at the combo fun with kara stings on my page to see what I’m talking about.
My biggest issue with Spidey is consistently getting the OTG after Web throw in my BNB. Got invited to Curleh Mustache and don’t want to drop combos. Some Spidey players doing IAD into ZIP+S. Some does Ground dash, Jump ZIP+S, and some do a Whuff webswing to get in there. What’s the most consistent method?
Ok I think I found a way to make it more consistent for me. Since it seems its one of those things where it whatever works for you. I’m doing Dash, M Web swing then OTG’ing at the high of his webswing. I’m just tired of dropping combos because of missing my Web throw OTG. And I put it in my Bread and butter, because there is no Bread and Butter with Akuma assist that will hurt unless I put a Web throw in there.
(I’d love for someone to prove me wrong on that statement, but I doubt that’ll happen)
I’m current;y still using Storm whirlwind which as an assist doesn’t help Spideys Combos at all. But hey, if you can prove me wrong on that too
Yeah please do web throw combos, 4 cumulative hours of work with the otg will easily do the trick. Glad to see some spiderman rep in Curleh Mustache. Thought about your team some more and it does work better than I thought it would. A bit of a meter drain but it’s still good. it’s just that when you make mistakes , the team is squishy
i’ve felt that dash, jump, airdash, web zip jS is very consistent, as long as you don’t mistakenly jM instead of airdash (by pressing airdash too soon) but i’m sure all the ways work.
jumping and airdashing and timing web zip jS probably has the least amount of inputs, but a rhythm that I didn’t want to learn. I just like dash airdash webzip js

So what you’re saying is that you can’t find a damaging combo that utilizes Akuma’s Tatsu assist without using Web Throw or Web Zip when that’s the basis of any of Spider-man’s combos these days…? o.O Not sure what you’re getting at, but it’s fairly easy to get 1.05M damage starting with 0.6 or 0.7 bars using that team, 630k meterless while going into a reset in the corner.
If you’d like to stick to the double web swing combos of yore, you can still get a st.:h: xx :l: Spider Sting~:h: after the first spider sting, then land :a2: (Tatsumaki) jump back :df: OTG Web Zip j.:s: land :h: Web Throw SJ Maximum Spider for ~750k, which is only 60k or so less than the new age BnB’s.
Right now this is my Bnb, just need to get the consistency of the OTG down. I’m using Dash M web swing OTG now. And that seems to work better

yeah that’s plenty of damage, and that’s the kind of standard stuff nowadays. good stuff. now you just gotta get airthrow combos (that lead into resets!) and maybe pickups off of tatsu assist raw? idk.
like you said is just one of those things I use h Web swing cuz I don’t like dashing then air dashing I would say that Web swing its only consistent if you kno the spacing…and also note that some times when throwing someone in the corner the h Web swing will fuck it up I recommend using light our m version
i know i couldn’t personally webswing to zip because those extra srk motions would drive me nuts
Storm’s assist as far as Spidey is concerned is good for setting up resets and extending combos where Spiderman would normally drop them due to hit stun decay
I’m wondering what exactly is the problem you’re having with doing the web zip OTG? Is it missing the target, missing the j:s: or j:h: after the OTG, or missing the after the j:s:?
Other Spidey users may have the same problems.

Honestly, the best thing I can think of is a super delayed :h: Spider Sting with a super delayed Spider Bite follow-up… unless you can get a kara sting into the bomb OTG then Web Throw into the corner, and repeat? I have homework and stuff to do, or else I’d mess with it myself.
