I hate Hulk Hogan 100x more. At least Alex didn’t almost ruin an entire wrestling promotion to the ground. These days I’ve been playing more Alex so I’m not as spiteful of him as I used to be. He’s fun in his own way.
I kind of agree that Q is somewhat better than Alex, but this is more based on various matchups. Q can do better against top tier, but Alex wrecks Q in that particular match. It’s weird, like how Oro can do better against a lot of characters than Hugo, but Hugo has a good chance at beating Oro.

Also -lol- Q is not better than Alex. You gotta’ be trolling. You have to be at the absolute top of your game just to be decent with Q and if you’re playing people at your skill level you’re going to lose more than you’d like. Alex is wayyyyy better than Q. I’d actually put him on Ibuki’s level. He has slightly worse footsies compared to Ibuki but he has the same explosive damage if he gets in just with EX. Plus he has really good pressure once he knocks you down and is on top of you, not on par with Dudley though, but up there.

Play vs. good opponents and practice in training mode. Look for your own mistakes so you can adapt and improve. Watch match vids some and try to find the point to each little movement and visualize possible moves within the spaces the players are at. Take note of little tricks players use- for example, a Ken player doing clp, c lk (blocked), then backing off.
