Whats SF2? Did that just come out?

But you did try to come out of left field " i mean that b/c i have NEVER heard of you before until you made the this thread " and you try to educate Folks on the game like we dont know anything about HDR and its history or Regular ST and its tournament history. I dont know if thats your intention but you really came off like a Know it all, espically to me when you said you are answering my question when all i did was stating facts on the horrible things on that game. Im one of the original people that started rehyping the ST scene in the 1st place with Mandel and a couple others.
As far as your name drops, Those same people would also say that Sirlin FAILED. all the stuff you complain about in old ST was NEVER that bad. I could Deal with Claw, Boxer, and Sim, best this about it was that i played Dee Jay, and he wasnt even considered top tier, and i was pretty damn good at it. HDR will never get the respect that ST has gotten b/c it is TOO SCRUB FRIENDLY. 90% of the geif players on HDR would NEVER play him if they had not DUMBED DOWN his moves. Its like HDR players dont have to LEARN THERE CRAFT ANYMORE. People can just spam out special moves know without fear being punished b/c he purposely made it that way. Back in the good old days, folks use to get there ass kicked for doing dumb shit, which further backs the point of being to scrub friendly. Im not hating on EVERYTHING in HDR, but when O.Sagat vs Honda match up use to be 8-2 Sagat, then changes are made and know its pretty much 7-3 Honda, thats down right retarded and makes it look to suspect.
And stop the presses on Sirlin on being a top player in the history of SF. The reason why that guy NEVER made it in ANY significant tournament EVER was b/c of the characters HE PICKED. Isn't it ironic that ALL the characters he plays, GOT THE BIGGEST BUFF UPS? Im sorry bubt know your history before you dare try to educate an ENTIRE AREA about it. I have seen and played against Sirlin, i know my history. You can believe all the printed hype if you want to that comes from capcom, but people out here KNOW BETTER.
I suggest you keep your head low until you meet some people around here boss. Im sure some people out here think just like you and we accept that, not the way you are going about it though.Too each his own, but give reasons that we dont know and not ones that we dont know better.but there is already a portland roster thread(http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=173531) that has info about arcades and players(all around oregon), id suggest talking to SLCS and pooling info to make the existing thread even better, especially if its possible to delete posts(like everyone’s post puting their info up) but w/e just throwin that out there.
