Yeah, that’s honestly a weird thing considering everyone else’s defensive holds are pretty much the same…
But past that, I’m honestly getting tired of bullshit like random assholes deciding to try and tear down DOA for no fucking reason whatsoever.
Randomly see FloE streaming DOA5LR lose a single match, call the game shit because he lost like a chump and spend the rest of the stream acting like a horndog…
I see people always trying to say respect others’ FGC’s and work on building your own but how the fuck we do that when we get bullshit like this? Especially when it’s as hypocritical and fucked up as this?

I’m learning with Mai since I’ve been more focusing on other things and haven’t took Mai to the lab as much I have Nyotengu so give me a little time on that lol. I’ll add in my Arcade Run as Mai on Champ after I edit out my numerous failures.
I have to say that I’m really impressed with how Mai turned out in the game. Her jump gimmick reminds me of Nyotengu and she has nice, fast long pokes, basically combining a whole bunch of things I like into one character.
That she can special cancel certain strings is really cool. Her damage is a bit on the low side but I see it as a Sarah type of situation where they foresee Mai getting a lot of hits on you.
I don’t condone TN’s treatment of the DOA port. However, there are a bunch of other platforms to play this game on. As far as most other players are concerned, online is either really extremely good or is outright terrible.
The content is not the same between platforms. It sucks already the PC version is a PS3 port but not being able to play with my Steam friends is fucking ass. That was the only reason why I downloaded Core Fighters on Steam. I’ll have to stick to PS4 for when I want to play this.
