Monopoly is a bad game that does everything in its power to keep the outcome out of the hands of its players.
I played Risk once EVER, and it ended with me losing a friend. To this day, I still really dunno how to play Risk. I think my win conditions were to conquer Australia, and some other (or two other) small bits of land. And my initial conquering had already given me most of those places. So I won the game in like 2 or 3 turns, my friend flipped the fucking board (his own game, to boot!), then proceeded to lose his mind. I ended up trading that Risk board game that he left there for drugs and alcohol during the big power failure, years ago.
Was she black? There is a token black family that lives across from my parents, and the dad there was in his late 60’s before he died. I remember, cuz he died on last Father’s Day, and his 16 year old daughter had to run home from work, screaming her brains out. Kinda made it tough to eat delicious All You Can Eat, that day.

I don’t get all the hate over Risk. That’s probably the board game my best friend likes the most and the (admittedly few) times we’ve played it, it’s ended well enough.
I legitimately hate Monopoly though. Fuck that tedious, boring, homicide-impulse-inducing game.

I never hated playing monopoly, but if you’re sitting there waiting for a game to finish, then it’s everything you said, plus a ton of “HURRY YO’ SLOW ASS UP MUTHA FUCKA(S)!!!” thrown in at an ever increasing time interval.
