btw. i found out a nice reset against akuma after a fokus crumble near the corner.
if you get the crumble,dash towards, wait till your opponent is airborn and reset him with st.hp or cr.mp and cancel the move into ex psycho. if you do st.hp you will land in the back and if you do cr.mp you will land in the front. against most of the cast you will land either in the front or in the back. but maybe you can use another normal like cr.mk or something to still get the mixup, haven’t tested it yet.

Does anyone else kind of subdivide those kicks? I don’t know why, but subdividing seems to help me pull it off every time. So since you’re pressing the button at about 168, I press it at about 336. Hit Blank Hit Blank Hit Blank etc. Dunno. Works really well for me.
For some reason on a standing Guy the following combo misses:
c.lp s.lk s.lk c.mk xx w/e
this is really sad since when u want to punish his 214K special (ex or other) he is being hit standing.
so as far as punishing goes on that move I’d c.mp xx PC/SK depends on screen position.
Lots of stuff has a bad habit of missing on Guy because he is so thin, especially on a crossup.
yep so does crouch lp, stand light punch, stand light kick… after that the short into scissors misses. it’s his skinny hurtbox because of his fighting stance

Correct me If I am wrong but did Neurosis Do S.Fierce -> S.short -> S.Roundhouse without a counter hit, I watched that combo like 50 times and I never saw the counter hit sign. I dont know if this was old to you guys but for me its the first time I have ever seen that combo.

thats dangerous with anybody who can SRK. A lot of frames between crossup jMK and cLP, allowing you to eat a reversal
The damage from cr.lk x3 is so pathetic though. I’d rather be unsafe some of the time because if they don’t block my crossup then I actually get good damage.
It isnt the damage that makes cLK so good. It’s the fact it comes out so fast and they have to block low.
Hell, switch it for cLK, sLK, cMK, HK SK.
So in 2012, Bison gains an additional frame of hitstun off scissors, so that he is at +5 after scissors FADC. This doesn’t actually give him any new options besides comboing into cr.mk/far.lp which is useless, but it does make linking into cr.lp or st.lk much more practical. So let’s see what his punish combos would be in 2012 (they’re doable now, but they’re more difficult):
Typical punish:
cr.mk xx HP crusher = 205 damage/300 stun (195 damage / 200 stun with HK scissors)
cr.mp xx HP crusher = 220 damage/300 stun (210 damage / 200 stun with HK scissors)
cl.hp xx HP crusher = 240 damage/400 stun (230 damage / 300 stun with HK scissors)
Taking scaling into account, if we replace HP Crusher with:
HK Scissors, FADC, cr.lp, st.lk, cr.mk xx HP Crusher, we end up adding (+84 damage / +135 stun) for 2 bars.
or if you’re boss:
HK Scissors, FADC, cr.lp, cl.lp, cr.mp xx HP Crusher (+93 damage / +135 stun)
So then the above combos become:
(2 bars) cr.mk xx HK Scissors, FADC, cr.lp, st.lk, cr.mk xx HP Crusher = 289 damage/435 stun (+9 damage with cr.mp)
(2 bars) cr.mp xx HK Scissors, FADC, cr.lp, st.lk, cr.mk xx HP Crusher= 304 damage/435 stun
(2 bars) cl.hp xx HK Scissors, FADC, cr.lp, st.lk, cr.mk xx HP Crusher = 324 damage/535 stun
Still not the greatest damage, but we’ll take what we can get.
