For cr. short x3 >scissor kick, you should look at Bison’s sprite and only hit LK when his foot has retracted to give you the proper timing at first. It’s very slow deliberate individual taps, I am very good at it and never double tap.
oddly enough I get it working better sometimes with mashing…hmmm
anywho, when you say hit LK when his foot has retracted, do you mean fully retracted, or when the his foot leaves the opponents body, etc?
fuck the health bar cheat, that shit don’t work online
Health bar cheat never worked for me…it always seemed like it was just a fixed amount of time and you had to know when to press the button anyway, regardless of whether you were looking at the moving line on the health bar or not.
Cammy’s hard trial #2 (i think) on event hubs they mentioned using the health bar trick. That shit moves so fast, and I fucking KNOW i have looked at it and hit when it was at the end, but still, no avail.
They should have had a training mode option that would show you the combo in action so you could figure out the timing by watching it (possibly in slow motion, or with tips).
isn’t that what youtube is for? hehe
meh, I don’t like having to go to my pc, go to youtube, look for a video, then watch it, then go back to my 360, etc.
Easier to just be in training mode and hit an option to view the move/combo (Dead or Alive managed to do this just fine).
anywho, quick question. Is it possible to s.LK x 3, s.HK as a combo? I know you can do 2 lk’s, but whenever I try the third, that’s the end of the combo for me (i know the lk -> hk link is really hard to nail).
also, anybody else have their teleports shortcut as an ultra? I’ve had it happen a handful of times to me, where I will try to tp away on wakeup, and instead I throw out an ultra.
Here’s a basic combo video for Bison. He doesn’t have much in terms of combos, but everything he can do is very practical and damaging. <3 Bison

Bison’s so stunning, I think more combos should end with a fat Psycho Crusher instead of Knee Press.
I know the SK is better, but man I love hitting em with a PC after I jMPx2 them
still waiting for an answer on whether or not you can sLK x 3 -> sHK as a combo. T’would be hella useful when I have no charge
I was messing with the BnB j.MK cr.LP st.LP cr.MK xx HK Knee Press and went to practice j.HK cr.LP st.LP cr.MK xx HP PC and it’s almost like 880 stun damage for another free combo!
is it possible to substitute a s.lp with a c.mp to c.mk for more stun?
Yes,you can.

See at around 1min30secs.
Does the EX version of the 2nd part of DR have any special attributes? Invincibility frames or something like this? or does it just give you more room to glide in?
Maybe you could dodge a cannon spike with it…
just a little new shennanigan i am using that works marvels. its a bit of a trade but a good one. this tends to work at higher levels of play although only one time, maybe at others when theres tension and not much time to think. some of you may already use this but heres the way i use it. may be useful for some that may not have tried.
against shotos whenever i teleport for some reason they love throwing fireballs at me. i let a regular one hit (not ex or else its not worth it) after a teleport and teleport again for the inevitable next fireball, but I EX headstomp out of it and get a clean hit. for one fireball hit I get like an 70% assured EX headstomp if you know they like to fireball at your teleports.
there are other situations as well. teleporting on wake up or after/in the middle of a block string might give the other player the bright idea of jumping in since it appears safe. another great EX headstomp opportunity plus EX hands since youre catching em in the air. you also have time to see if they jump and if they jump shortly after you teleport the timing will usually be perfect.
this doesnt always work and isn’t tried and true but sometimes, more than 50 percent, it works and works well. its a fun shennanigan i would recommend utilizing from time to time.
hey need some advice on how 2 execute this combo ur talkin about i tried diff ways but i dont get out d knee press or i jmp back
while going from the cr. lp to the st. lp to cr. mk make sure to keep your charge. so keep the stick all the way back. youre pushing up too far if youre jumping back. im sure you can cancel a cr.mk to a knee press, so first practice the first moves then incorporate the knee press. remember you have a bit of time to cancel cr. mk, its easier to do for a beginning imo than a cr. lk which is much faster. work bit by bit like try and get down the cr. lp to the st. lp and just keep practicing that. once you get that, add on the cr. mk, get down just those three moves, then add in the knee press. once you can do it, practice practice practice. just keep repeating and soon muscle memory will store it and youll be able to do it no prob.
apart from that, i have to say im finding it extremely worth while to get down this combo: j. fierce, cr. strong, cr. mk xx hk scissors. Does a TON of damage and isn’t hard to pull off once you can get it down. i dont see too many dics using it, probably because its guaranteed to get your scissors after just a cr. strong but being able to add that cr. mk is worth it. as far as being up close, you can actually be a few character distances away and still be in range for it to work.
deep j.HK, cr.LP, st.LP cr.MK xx HP PC
i have so much trouble with the c.MP, c.MK…been trying to get it down for awhile now. PISSES ME OFF!!!
i just started using this even though you cant really get the hk scissors out of it, its still good. jump in fierce or rh, c.mp then immediately piano the cr. mk to the cr. lk and then move the stick in whatever direction for your scissors. i end up negative edging the final piano tap on the cr. lk and by just moving the stick immediately after the piano from cr. mk to cr.lk you get the cr.mk link and the scissors out. i dunno how else to describe it but i can do it consistently enough to use in actual fights.
