I am going to be torn between keeping a fantastic item or selling it on the AH.
But I think selling items within the first 2 months will have the biggest profits. Just gotta beat the farmers before they murder the economy.
Unless an item fetches a stupidly insane price for sure (like $30 or more) then I’d probably keep it, I’m not losing out much from selling an item for prices lower than that unless I’m constantly farming for stuff to sell. And from all the item descriptions that I’ve read none of them stand out to me so far as being elite drops…unless I missed something.
Still want to get my melee wizard on.
Also, fuck the job market.
I can’t wait till diablo 3 comes out. My great-great grandchildren will sure enjoy it!
Alllllllll day.
if i ever get a jmod you can bet your ass i am going to throw it up on AH
WD has some interesting passives so I think I will take a unique approach and try to make a minion build work. also, he’s an ugly motherfucker, so that’s a bonus
it’s looking likely. they’re at the “we have to rush this game out the door” stage after wasting so much money and development time.
you may not be able to do that in D3. currently, basic attack ( you default to basic attack only when you run out of resources) and the passives that support them have been removed from beta 13 and are being evaluated by Blizz. out of class “builds” may or may not be in the game.
don’t expect to see him use anything but his fists. they’ve already announced they won’t have time to give him weapon animations. also, while all classes will get all their skill by lvl 30. they won’t get all runes until the late 50’s or lvl 60 and ranks have been removed.
I don’t get it. I’ve seen many different animations with the monk.
I have the beta and every skill he has, shows a different animation. Even basic attacks.
Is your boyfriend going to play too?
Where the fuck has he been, anyway?
I haven’t seen him on here since the last Mafia game.
yo
so is this coming out for consoles too?
NO
GET THE FUCK OUT
What? But I thought I saw him swining a staff.
And kicks and shoulder smashes a la VF Akira…
a stupidly insane price will be about $100 im estimating. A perfect crafted item will fetch low dollars sure, but I would expect a perfect (or even near perfect) legendary to reach couple hundreds easily. Ill probably never find one of those though lol.
Any shitty item I think I can sell for 5$ will be put up instantly… what did i pay for that item? nothing but my time which i was giving up anyway to play the game. Ill be lunchin off Subway footlongs everyday.
i wouldn’t be surprised if it happens. IIRC, they’ve put out ads looking for people to develop for PS3/XBox. the game itself looks console ready. it’s whole customization system is closer to CoD or other action games than the other Diablo games or other aRPGs. although, i expect them not to confirm anything until after D3 is released in order to collect the PC money before the rage ensues.
okay, i’ll try to explain myself better. there are 2 kind of weapon animations. basic attack weapon animations which everyone has, but like i mentioned in a previous post. you can only use it under certain conditions and it may or may not be in the final release at all. the other kind is the weapon animation shown while using a skill. for example, a barb using cleve using a sword or axe will have a unique animation for each weapon while using the skill. although, it was originally planned for the monk to use weapons during his skill animation as well. Blizz cancelled it when they fell behind in development. so, when a monk uses FoT he puts away his staff. when he uses tempest rush. he pull out a staff even though he may be dual wielding swords. conversely, when he actually using the weapons in his hands. it’s the basic attack animation.

anyway, here’s Blizz explanation: All things considered there are just higher priority tasks sometimes. We’d love, for example, to have the monk display his weapons during all of his skill animations. But it’s an enormous animation and effects investment to get it done, and we have to weigh all of these things against other features and polish.
Welp, this is awkward.
Huh?
What happened?
Oh, they broke up a little while back, at least that’s what I gathered from Papa Rhino’s Facebook.
