Thanks a lot. I’ll take all this into consideration, I here you about the last round definitely got caught in the moment/scrub mentality and just wanted the fight over with. Also, concerning my AAs; against Blanka I find that his j.HK tends to eat up b.hk etc hence why he didn’t respect me as much as he should have because i tend to block said jumpin unless its poorly spaced, will need to work on this. Thanks for the heads up on jump range and the normals I should be using.
my tips are:
use U2: you can punish slides and rolls in his corner, U1 and U2. Do that instantly (oblivious).
try to block the ultra1 on wakeup. It’s 50/50. You lost the last round because you ate that ultra on counterhit.
after a fireball, consider to use s.hk as far AA. It works well vs Blanka.
also instant j.mp is good as soon as you see him jumping.
fortunately he’s not spamming crossup that are really annoying for Sim.

hey only had time to watch the hugo101, but great job! I really enjoyed how u switched to u1 too. While most people like u2 in this, i appreciate how you kept calm, put yourself in a comfortable situation and won the game ^^

Question: Is this the epitome of Dhalsim play as far as the Fei match goes? What can you guys see as mistakes on YHC’s part? Was he simply under-prepared, or was it something inherent in the match-up that led to such a big sweep?
I am not good enough to say excactly what he is doing wrong, but I feel he is doing a lot of stuff that is weird… He is sliding a lot, and not zoning that well… (Lot of the times the slide is OS super, but I don’t think it is worth it, cause he only landed it 1 time as I saw)

I did see him mummy a lot at least in one of the vids and I don’t see a reason for that. If you are trying to bait cw from that range (about 1/3-1/2 screen) you can just do super or ultra rather than risk getting close or worse getting punished. I agree on the slides they seem sort of useless a lot of the time, although I’m sure he was going for slide xx flame for a lot of those.
He almost never used st.lk and that seems really good in this match, like it is against anybody who can dominate with quick ground movement, and Fei has a good dash and rekka. Maybe a little jump-happy but that wasn’t why he lost so bad.
Is that you playing a pad? How’s your experience with playing a pad vs. stick with Sim?
Problem is not the cw its the rekkas from Fei and st.lk loses to it. The only thing that I found to be pretty decent is cr.mp but if Fei is jumping your losing alot of space. You can’t even anti air the bastard properly because his jumping mp stuff alot of anti airs.
I think while its bad if Sim is in the corner, Mochi would also panic a lot whenever Fei got close to him…its difficult to say. My opinions on this match have definitely been on both areas of winning and losign for sim…I need to watch the match again, Personally I think Mochis reactions are not up to par.
agreed on both points, this match is definitely a confusing one, its hard to justify a winner on either side character wise. also mochi definitely panicked alot and did alot of random moves. the thing i hate most out of reccas is the distance of them, its s hard to footsie a move with such high range/variances
Sim vs Ibuki — fun match. This Ibuki is a grade A fucking NIGHTMARE. I choose U2 in this match, but Takamini uses U1 nicely. Btw — never heard of this cat before, but I dig his style.

I’ve always played on pad. When I play stick I can barely get Yoga fire to come out 
. I have a PS3, so I’m accustomed to the DS3. Starbase uses the 360 so I have to use the Madcatz fightpad. I wasn’t too used to it so I was making a lot of execution mistakes.
You have a really nice Sim. I like the way you approach the Bison matchup. I play against Roman all the time on PSN. We actually had a long set of Sim v. Gief the other day because he requested it. I guess you’re the reason why :rofl.

have to go, saw the first match, nice u2 at the start! LOL to broken ultra biast commentary.
only thing i saw was u missed an AA in the corner, and your not punished lariets well. Use f.p just as a check so Z cant walk forward, but always react to the lariats with a punish. ggs though
