No doubt Vogel is scheming, but I figured her plot would be fairly basic. She seems more like a master manipulator than a one capable of doing her own dirty work.
Btw, Yates was telling Voguel to STAY AWAY from him, delivering stuff to her door isn’t exactly staying away.

[details=Spoiler]SURPRISE HANNAH DRUGGING! That shit came out of fucking nowhere, I actually yelled “Oh Shit!” when she showed up on screen. I see she’s still extremely good at picking her spots…next ep gonna be epic.
As for this ep, decently solid. The whole Sergeant bullcrap actually had relevance to the episode due to Quinn actually attempting to be a good cop. And thus with Dexter taking on an apprentice that’s on the shit list (a hopefully less douchey one than Miguel), there’s the potential connection and confrontation between Miami Metro and Dex for the rest of the season.
Elway’s catching feelings but at least Deb’s smart enough to try and back off that shit. Elway’s a good boss, let’s keep it that way please.[/details]
Ending of episode was the only good thing, next one goin to be epic!
I think the rest of the episode was decent enough. I at least appreciate them not being so damn heavy handed with a point they wanted to get across like last week.
Quinn does it again, I was thinking he was going to redeem himself this episode, but once again, history repeats lol

Dex allowing kid Norman Bates to live due having “empathy” for him was a very human move, but not a smart one. This kid is high profile and from a wealthy so if anything goes wrong, that’s a lot of exposure.
I’d rather him be just dumb than be his usual asshole stupid.
This season is unpredictable, but I think I know where its headed.

I know its something I should totally be ignoring, but in these later seasons it’s really bugging me that Miami seems to have an endless supply of sociopathic killers. Every subject in Vogels book seemed to reside in Miami. I know its more trouble than its worth to have Dex jet setting across the globe to maintain realism but it still bugs me. Am I alone?
