Dexter Season 5: Sept. 6th With a New Trailer!

I wish I could have that theme that played all while Trinity was looking for Dexter in the station. Sometimes these shows have excellent “stock music” that never gets released to the general public.

Try looking up the composer(s) sometimes they upload it on to their sites or have albums for purchase.

The fact that his reaction seemed more pleasant and prideful than shock/guilt just proves this guy needs to get offed as soon as possible.

The kid also has no idea what this man has done. He may even feel sorry for him. He doesn’t even know about almost getting buried alive in cement. The kid probably had minor Stockholm syndrome and may even lie. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I don’t know, it still seems like a giant plot hole to me. If you were the parent of your 10 year old child, and he’d been mysteriously missing for more than 24 hours, wouldn’t you be asking your son where he’d gone? I mean, certainly the parents and the community were mobilized trying to find the kid; wouldn’t at least the parents want to know where he’s been?

The only way the missing kid being silent makes sense is if Dexter told him to stay quiet, but even that would be stretching believability.

You are making too many assumptions, all that was reported was that he had been returned and they still didn’t know who kidnapped him, thats all we really need to hear aswell, no need for the writers to delve more into the 4th victims.

I didn’t give this ep enough credit, I’m glad everything has been tied up no distractions from the LaGuerta Baptista, no Lundy killer, no Rita. Final ep is going to be completely dedicated to Dex Vs Arthur (although I am expecting Quinn to be thrown into the mix). Season 5 will probably start off about Dex learning more about Harry’s relationship with his mother, and Dex trying to cover up his and his brother’s tracks from Deb.

I’m wondering how they’re going to tie this up. At this point, Trinity has way too much on Dexter and Dex would have to pull something magical to make Arthur go away with no collateral damage. Maybe Arthur survives.
But man. I watched the panel they had at that comic book convention earlier this year. Lithgow was hyping up his character almost every chance he got. The way he was doing it (kind of funny), I thought he was playing around. Now I see it was worth the praise.

Yeah, I think the kid had Stockholm syndrome and felt bad for Arthur. Plus, from his perspective, Arthur kept his word about setting him free.

The running pedo joke in the episode was pretty funny.

I thought Dexter would have tried to hide, but I guess he felt that Arthur would find out sooner or later once he knew where he worked.

I wasn’t that surprised we got a setup episode, but the preview made it better than what it was.
