Devil May Cry!

:’<

pure gold lmao.

:rofl::rofl:That just made my morning, Thanks de Bloo!

Big tits and hair dye are totally exclusive western qualities.

ha! That’s pretty good! I’m almost tempted to ask if that’s a real cutscene.

Meanwhile, straw men are used the world over.

I’m not sure which word is misused by fandoms more: “western” or “protagonist.” Or “good soundtrack.”

Words that need to be used more: sexbombificationismatist, used to describe Dr. B.

especially since Dante was wearing cowboy boots in DMC4.

if he had a cowboy hat I could’ve sworn he was an Albino Mexican on a Saturday nite about to drive his Nissan to get drunk off of Modelos and Bud Light.

looks like MvsC3 Dante has black hair too…

it’s still white sir.

not his alt color, sir.

you’re getting paranoid dude.

that’s just an alt color to the DMC3 costume.

and his hair is still white in both his lifebar portrait and the in-game model. its just shading.

I guess my monitor is really dark then.

sorry guys.

I actually liked DMC4 a lot. It wasn’t near as good as 3 but it’s still a great game. Nero was a lot of fun and Dante having 5 styles to switch between during combat was awesome (even if those styles had less abilities than they did with 3). The lack of weapon/gun variety and repetition of boss fights was probably the worst part about the game.

I think it’s just the background is black and pretty much overshadows the small bit of white showing on Dante. Plus Ryu plasma effect and the hit animation Dante’s caught in doesn’t help.

I really don’t mind DMC4. I just hate the really weak and complete cliffhanger story and the fact you’re fighting all the bosses in mirror mode with Dante. Nero’s gameplay was nice if not simplified with the GoW action button. But I love revving up Red Queen during slashes and Dante having to manage 4 styles and shitloads of weapons for that extended combo.

The gameplay wasn’t that bad. But it’s just lacking when you look at it next to DMC3 and DMC1.

style switching dante from 4 was GODLIKE!!! i really hope they keep the multiple styles and style switching for the reboot. only downside to their style switching mechanics was that you couldn’t adjust which buttons swapped your styles, allways had to use the d-pad.

Wasn’t DMC4 the most successful one?

That’s what I’m saying.

Stuff like this happens a lot though. Sells well, gets meh reviews. or doesn’t sell well, gets good reviews.

the power of a name in and on a game does a lot.

yup.

and this “DMC” is going to make DMC2 look like Super Mario Bros. 3.

I thought DMC4 got good-great reviews?
