Some loketest changes were up, which was saved into a pdf file and uploaded in a capcom web. Gouken’s cr.HP is -3 on hit, his MP and HP Kongo have increased armour box.
I didn’t know Gouken had a glitch where if both of them do cl.st.MK at the same time they’ll cross each other and change sides.

Since Gouken have one of the most changes in the change list according to DEV blog. Logically concludes that his normal are buffed in general, like how AE buffed Gouken in general.
That doesn’t necessarily mean they changed all his stuff, but it could mean that the changes they did affected him a lot and/or were extensive in work(having to code the charge up for denjin).

Mullah, cr.LK is an amazing poke. Follow up with another - you’ll usually strike, and then dash in and throw them away.
Counter-poking with cr.LP to LP Palm is the move I’m trying to get into my system now, because it can be a great counter against tick-throws or tick-anything.
With improved range on LP Palm, it can be used with cr. LK too.
How in the world can lp xxx lp palm be a good tool against tick throws? By the time you read tick throw and press lp (4 frame punch, correct?), Ken is kara kicking your ass already.
If those brackets signify the characters. Which Im fairly sure. And those are all the changes, then Gouken definitely did not get the most changes.
And Id rather Gouken get some attention to get more tournament viable than to stay quiet and marvel at little xbl victories.
How can you tell Gouken’s bracket? It all looks Chinese to me…
BTW, in my opinion after reading the buffs for some of the other characters, Gouken has just moved down the list. Hakan got some serious shit, Dan got some serious shit, Juri got some nice buffs, Cody got great stuff, Guy now has NO recovery on his command jump!, DeeJay buffed, Abel buffed, Elf buffed, Seth, Rose, Vega, Honda, Blanka…

Yeah I noticed Bullcat booting them in an earlier episode. I lost respect for him after that. You can’t be the best Gouken when you are cherry picking your opponents.
I heard that the max speed of denjin seems to have similar speed with Ryu’s HP Super.
Um holy shit? +3 on hit or real? That’s a 7 frame difference. You can c.hp and follow up with c.hk as a poke and probably trade with any normal. Counter hit c.hp now links to sweep…
