Gave my leftover Comedian to my Titan.
Finished the Raid in Normal with some of the guys, we got some good shit.
So I got some legendary gauntlets from the raid, but I already have some equipped with three upgrade circles left to fill. The new one had a max def of 329 and the currently equipped one has max of 304. Problem is, with the upgrades I do have now it gives me 22 light and the new one starts at 18. If equipped, the new one will bump me down to level 27 from 28. Is it worth it to bump down a level to eventually get the better defense?
Raid gear is probably the only way to get past Level 28. Peep the bonuses the Raid gear Gives you.

Maxed legendary plus one maxed exotic will give you 29 barely
Only way to go past that is raid gear. Raid gear max light level is 30 like exotics. Legendary max at 27
I am loving these balance changes. Im jail sexing Surros with scout rifles. My current weapons are the multi tool and the afx19…and some other numbers. Its a legendary from the vanguard. 3 shot kill if all crits, but slow handling and fire rate
And i would keep any exotic. You may want to make a different build that suits that exotic better. I also keep a legendary of whatever peices i have as well just in case
Have enough Crucible money to get a Legendary and I don’t want any of them. Gonna wait til I have enough Vanguard money for an Auto Rifle I want. Also just got another exotic bounty.
They need to drop more money for Strike Playlist. It just doesn’t feel fulfilling doing upwards to 30min strikes for a few marks. At least I get engrams up and down.

Just hit 28. I pretty much dismantled gear from Vanguard and Crucible merch’s to get ascendant shards. I got the Invective, Last Word, and Ice Breaker in the couple weeks. I never thought I’d log this many hours into this game.
There’s an Easter Egg inside the original loot cave now. Bungie always had a sense of humor. The more surprising thing is that there are still people using that loot cave. I went to that area today and saw a bunch of lvl 23 and 24’s shooting into the cave. They’re not going to get past the gear wall on RNG alone. The worst part of using loot caves is you’re not getting any marks or rep which helps you get gear that you can tune to your playstyle. They would be much better off doing Tiger Strikes since it gives engrams, rep, and marks.

got the comedian (arc damage)
it has full auto, agility boost and kill bonus damage which is goo cause i can run things with the gjarrhorn or exotics in my primary
i wish that universal remote wasnt a primary i dismantled it when i got it xur will probably be selling that soon
beating the templar and finising the raid the regular way last night was weird but not that bad i got raid gloves and boots and atheons epilogue
i want more cheese tactics though

Buying the gear and breaking it down got me to 29 now. If i can just get 34 more shards i can start concentrating on my other characters
I need my back up legendary and exotic armor maxed so i can swap exotics and not go down a level
The last 2 Cryptarch rank up packages i got going to 24 and 25 have had legendary stuff inside. One had 2 purple engrams, and the other was one purple one blue.
GG’s to those in the Raid, overall did well but god damn some of you have no luck with the gear you had with you. Some really shit weapons to go into a Raid with, I did the same thing my first raid. Raid is mad easy for me now on normal.
Fucking got the bounty for the Invective again even though I already did it. Guess I’ll just grind out Bad Juju on my Hunter in preparation for the inevitable buff.
Thanks for coaching us through the raid last night @"jae hoon" . It was indeed my first time and I know now not to go unprepared, ie no ammo packs and with a fucking hand cannon, lol. I did end up with raid legendary gloves and a Suros Regime, so next time I’ll be better prepared. Loving the Suros!
If Xur doesn’t have anything spectacular tomorrow, I think I will get a Legendary speeder.
So i heard that the Exotic Bounty SMG is pretty crappy, my question is, should i keep it or is better to dismantle it?
