This is my favorite Destiny review so far:

Been raping lately with fusion rifle. Got damn, no scopes with that are brutal
I hit lvl 20 yesterday. I just got my first legendary from a blue engram. Itās a pulse rifle which is fine for pve, but sucks in pvp. I think Iām going to go for New Monarchy gear since it specs toward intellect.
Iām not going to rely on random drops to fill my inventory with legendaries, Iām just going to grind rep and use the black merchant. Farming is better for weapon xp and cryptarch rank grinding. Apparently once you hit a certain rank with each faction and the cryptarch, they will send you legendary engrams everytime you rank them up.
I also prefer farming on the Moon instead of the cave. The moon seems to give faster weapon and motes of light XP. The Moon is also better for close to mid range weapons.
woo got my first legendary weapon finally. Its a sniper rifle which is awesome cos i totally suck at using them. it always amazes me how people can headshot me within a second of peeking round a corner from a mile away. i can never seem to figure the best places to use them from either.

Im a lvl 24, and i have nothing legendary.
try using the fusion rifle. If you aim it, youāll generally do about half to 3/4 damage. No aiming, and uāll one shot.
I notice it most with my pulse rifle.
I only have 1 legendary. I have two legendary pieces of armor, but theyāre for a hunter, so yeah
Iāll test it out in a bit. It just seemsā¦weird. Youād expect it to work the opposite way.
When you get equipment for a different class, what are you supposed to do with it? You canāt switch classes, you canāt transfer it between characters, you canāt trade/sell to other playersā¦ What the hell?
Uh, you have a Chest that is accessible between all your characters.
you can trade items between characters. put it in the storage and then you can collect it with another character. your glimmer also transfers and im assuming stuff like motes of light and strange coins etc can also be transferred.
i also dont buy the whole weapons do more damage while not zoomed thing. i tested it on single player and the numbers that popped up were the same both ways.

Lol why would it even give you stuff for other classes if you couldnāt use it in some form or fashion.
I put a bunch of shaders and shit in there so my other classes can use them. Havenāt even found gear for a class Iām not currently using.

You get stuff for other classes through Legendary Engrams only, I believe. Possibly the Blue ones as well.
That guy is an idiot. OF COURSE you should hip-fire with a Shotgun and ADS with everything else. Itās not like youāre going to headshot somebody across the moon with a Sniper Rifle via hip-fire.

Yeah man its a Shotgun in a Bungie game. It has an effective range of MAYBE 3 feet. After that your buckshot vanishes into thin air

Iāve been hearing about loot exploits and Iām just hoping for the swiftest of patches. Most of us are progressing at a decently unified pace (people speaking of Legendary weapons at the same time). I donāt like seeing an exploit screw things up.
And caution: Bungie is infamous for not only shutting things like this down swiftly, but reversing any advantages gained from exploits. Go read the epic credit glitch threads on Bnet circa Halo Reach for great lulz and fair warning how seriously they take it.
Even if I wasnāt going by my own principles; I just wouldnāt do this in a Bungie game.
