Do like me. Keep the game until it gets better. Most worthwhile MMOs don’t always start off the greatest. It’s entirely possible that console families will be able to play together eventually, and the game is going to remain the same regardless of which gen you play it in…

I had that experience with the game, its only been a week so we don’t know how bad the experience I had was, who knows it could of been a connection problem. my problem was I played the game upstairs on the ps4 with no problems and then get bombarded with shit when playing on the ps3.

Vanguard rank from missions is cool but the crucible is where it’s at.
Me and one other friend play crucible and its not a coinsidence that we are both ranked the highest outta our groups of friends.
You get better drops and better xp overall your crucible rank goes up and develop better fundamentals for engaging opponents.

The difference to get rare drops between the 2 is like years to eons

In the end, linking that article didn’t really help your point. You’re trying to act like the differences between PS3 and 4 drastically alter the mechanics in an unfavorable manner, and you’re also trying to insinuate that this is some kind of consistent issue among players when you are literally the first person I’ve heard complain this much about it. Or at all, really. Who knows why the fuck YOU had such an issue changing consoles, but in all probability it’s something wrong with your individual system and not the game itself. Yes, the versions have differences. No, these are not even close to being “game breaking” differences.
Maybe your game glitched or something. Or maybe your own head is just exaggerating the minute differences that exist between versions. I’m not sure, but I’m sure I don’t really care. I just think it’s stupid that just because you’ve had one or two bad experiences with the game, you suddenly try to grasp at a problem that isn’t really there by making it seem like this is a universal problem that affects everyone playing.
Personally, I started with the PS3 version all the way up to level 15. Then made an easy and comfortable transition onto PS4, and then back to PS3 from level 18 to 24. Those last five levels have ALL come from non-stop Crucible, so yes, I have a decent amount of experience playing the game online on BOTH PS3 and PS4. I have yet to notice any differences between the two games other than aesthetics, and wouldn’t have even known that there was any differences had I not read that article. Even now, it feels no different playing between the two versions.

Vault of Glass looks super fun. Apparently there’s a part where you lose all abilities and have to sneak your way through these tunnels to get past the area. If anyone gets spotted everyone dies
